They were confused about how long we were staying there, and instead of fixing the issue, they said we had to go through Oribtz. However, when I reappeared in my wedding dress (because I got married that same day), they took care of the problem immediately.

Clean hotel, nice decor, very comfortable bed, friendly employees. No fan in bathroom. Beautiful hotel in a great location in Historic Annapolis. Walking distance from great restaurants and waterfront. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Very quiet.

I came to the hotel for a business meeting with my wife and a one-and-half year old baby. For the meeting purpose, it's good -- great conference room, friendly staff, very good food and refreshment, good wireless connection (at least to the 3rd floor). Unfortunately, it stops here. We had three bad experiences. The first night when we arrived, it was 10:00pm. I asked a young man at the front desk for direction of restaurants. He pointed to the sports bar in the hotel and said "The sports bar one is open." I hesitated because my wife doesn't enjoy food from sports bar, so I asked what kind of food it served. I got an answer "You can ask them for a menu". I was surprised, and finally asked if any other restaurant nearby is open. He pointed to the sports bar again and said "That one is open." Being tired, I went to the sports bar for take-out food. The gentleman there was polite and patient for me to study their menu, but my wife really didn't enjoy the food after all. The next day I called the front desk for a high chair. I was transferred several times and finally someone called back and said he would search for a high chair and take it to the room. It never happened. Fortunately, my child loved the room and was willing to seat herself on the sofa quietly for a time long enough for feeding. When I checked out, there seemed an error in the bill: I was billed with valet parking. We used self parking for convenience not for the cost (it's a business travel), BTW. The front desk's answer: Self parking and valet parking are the same price! First time I heard that.

Hotel was fine, a bit noisey, but location is great - but when I checked in, they didn't have the Orbitz reservation - thank GOD they still had rooms!!

We arrived at the hotel around 2:00 pm and check-in is 3:00 pm. We had traveled for 6 hrs. We were assured that they would get us in our room before 3. That did not happen. As a matter of fact, we would not have gotten in at 3 either if we hadn't agreed to take a smoking room. I have severe allergies, but we were tired and had our dog with us, so I agreed. Big mistake. Our clothes smelled like smoke for the rest of our vaca, which included a stop in DC. Not to mention my allergies acted up. I had also joined the Loews First program before leaving for vaca and they did upgrade us to a Jr Suite on the 2nd day.

The location was very good. Major attractions and restaurants were walkable. Very accommodating with parking and the hotel lobby and areas were lovely. We felt the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room looked on an inside courtyard and had no outside view. The room was well decorated but was small and not user friendly.

A great hotel, had a very bad experience getting something to eat! The hotel was not staffed to accomidate its guests for dinner. The average wait for just a berger was 1.5 hours. When we complained to the dinning room manager his response was "you must be from New York" ! No you, I'm just a customer staying at a top notch hotel paying a premium rate and expecting the same in service! I have stayed in other Lowes Hotels and they are great, this one just has a poor food manager.

Great location. Wet spot on floor, no view of outside. The staff was not super-friendly. Hotel is adequate, not amazing or beautiful. Very dog -friendly.

The staff at this hotel is about the most friendly and helpful I've experienced, worldwide. Although the rooms are nothing special, they are eye pleasing and comfortable, and certainly had everything I needed - including a hair dryer.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing. The hotel is situated in historic Annapolis - less that 10 min walk to the Naval Academy. Great decor, very friendly staff. The restaurant had a great breakfast.

The front desk receptionist, was excellent. The inside rooms were claustrophobic. I want a window that looks out not over the banquet area. Very accommodating staff. The inside rooms are not good. The refrigerators in the room are a nice perk but are too noisy.

Valet and room service was exceptional. None. Everything was excellent. This is a top notch hotel. The service was outstanding and the location was central to the concert that we were attending. Noticed that when our car was delivered by the valet service, the interior had been vacuumed. We were delighted.
