Beds were comfortable; located on the beach. Cost a lot to park a car.

This is a wonderful hotel with a picture-postcard view of the beach and ocean. The guest rooms are luxurious and very comfortable - we felt pampered! Front desk, health club, valet, bellman and concierge service were first-rate. Restaurants serve good food but service was unbearably slow. We would visit again in a heartbeat!

The bathroom, TV's and the view. The noise of the doors in the bathroom making noise up stair. Hotel was nice, the same as it was 5 years ago and it still looks the same. Not very many up grades outside the TV's. Over all a pleasant experience

Hotel staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable of area- the front desk nor concierge could tell me where the nearest pharmacy/ drug store was located. Bathrooms were very outdated and the rooms are not soundproofed at all. I could here people showering in the abutting rooms. While the lobby environment was nice and the staff was friendly, it just did not meet my expectations for the name and price.

Fantastic pet service. Fantastic service. You can't beat the location or the service. Everyone in the staff was friendly and attentive. They offer excellent pet service, not because they want the pet traveling business but because they genuinely like and appreciate pets. From now on, I'll only stay at the Loews when I'm traveling to Santa Monica/L.A.

The Hotel booked me in a room on a floor with a business event and all other guests on that floor were part of that event and it was a bit of a carnival atmosphere on the floor - loud. Hotel comped me 1 night.

If you ever had to be stuck in a meeting with 12 people all day, this is the place I would choose. Normally, when you have lunch during a meeting, you don't expect much. My compliments to the chef for 2 days of gastronomical delight...not to mention the snacks. The staff seems to outnumber the guests and go out of their way to make you feel right at home. My room had a wonderful view of the pool and ocean with seperate shower and bath that I couldn't decide which one I liked best. One big reason why I would love to come back are their soft bathroom towels! One of my favorite hotels!

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was not our first choice in the area but our first was booked so we stayed here and now we would choose this hotel first. The beds were comfortable, the staff was accomodating and we loved eating out by the pool at night with a fireplace and view of the ocean and Santa Monica Pier! Also, very quiet hotel while sleeping.
