We spent 2 days at King's Island, and one day touring Cincinnati. I just didnt like being in the business district on a family vacation. No scenery! The hotel was great, location, I didnt like!

Clean rooms and good amenities.

It was clean, comfortable and very easy to find. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions.

We found a bug in the bed! No exageration. It looked pretty nasty not sure if it was a cockroach but it didn't matter. There were also spiders with webs and about 20 rolled up potato bugs in each corner of the room. The room was very dirty just gross. I was very disappointed because we have stayed here last year and it was fine. I complained and they sent us to their overflow hotel because they were full. That was not much better. Drunks hanging out of the window yelling upon our arrival at 10:00pm . My chlidren did not want to get out of the car and go in. They also do not have a fitness center as advertised. They send you down the street and charge 5.00 to get in. I can only repeat DO NOT STAY HERE ULESS INSECTS ARE YOUR FRIENDS.

Location to shopping and highway. Rowdy visitors at night addressed slowly. We were actually pleased at the quality and the rate of this hotel. However, the second night we had rowdy people on our floor whom the manager addressed multiple times. Finally, the police were called and the trouble-makers were escorted out (after 4:30 am) The next am the clerk said that the manager would be contacting us regarding our inability to sleep but it has been five days and we have not heard a word.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Hotel was extremley clean and friendly. I especially enjoyed the free internet in the rooms and the coffee maker. Breakfast was good and free and loved the Belgian Waffles. I would reccomend Livinn to anyone coming to this area.

My husband booked this for us as a half-way point on our trip back from Tennessee. He told me that in reviews he read somewhere (on another site), there was a "ghetto" behind it. That is true...sort of. If you are in a room facing the BACK, there are old apartments that looked to be ghetto that have been since boarded up. That is your scenery from the back. The rooms are ok...not the largest and smaller than what I would've liked for having a 3 year old and a 1 year old. But, there was small kitchenette..and I mean SMALL...next to the bathroom and in front of the bathroom sink, but it was newer and updated with the flat-top electric stove. The warddrobe was HUGEEEEEE and it held the TV. On either side of it, were closets to hang clothing. The closets were lighted and in one, was a safe for valuables. Both beds we had were pillow-top (which are sooo awesome). Floors seem "thicker" than other hotels I've been in as I am constantly trying to get my daughter to stop running on the floors...but these seems to really not produce that running sound. With that being said, the walls are thin!! We had neighbors (GUYS) watching a basketball game and they were REALLY loud. It was annoying, but once that was over, they settled down and we were lucky enough to not hear anything else. Would I stay again? I don't know. I mean, yes, the rooms were so updated and nice, but yet they are small and have thin walls. Maybe if I couldn't get into another hotel for the price I want...but maybe not by choice. Maybe. I don't know.

Poor check in experience - rooms not ready for 2 hours past check in time and after 2 attempts to get ready rooms. Reservations were not entered into system until after we arrived therefore any requests were unable to be accomodated. Staff kept leaving area to check on room availablity with cleaning staff. Lack of a positive expereince set the tone for the rest of the stay. Clearly one of our rooms was not smoke free as requested - the kids Asma had flared up. Fortunately we were not spending much time in the rooms and got by for the 2 nights. This could have been a better experience but was unpleasant enough that we won't stay at this or probably and other LivInn Hotel.

Breakfast buffet. Loud in the rooms, not sound proof, air conditioning didn't work.

Rooms were great and the staff was fantastic. made me feel right at home. I had a room with a small kitchen and it had a micorwave, and stove and refrigerator. Beds were pillowtop and soooo..comfortable. I stayed across the street last time and this place charges sooo..much less for the same thing, and better. I was right next door to the convention center so I was able to sleep late and still make my meetings. I will certainly come back!

Hotel is in need of renovation as it is showing sign of wear and tear. Hotel was in a very good location and had very nice restaurants at the hotel. Fitness center was a joke: no eliptical/tread mills and limited weight equipment which looked to be at least 10 years old. Indoor pool area is nice but pool was showing it's age (cracked and caulked in numerous places). Ran into a issue where there were 3 people registed, but only 2 towels were provided. I addressed it the first day and received more towels, but ran into the same issue the next two days.

Great room layout and amenities. TV lineup was old channel type with no minus. The room was good size for price and included refrigerator and microwave. It was very clean and was in a good location. The people were very nice as well.

Overall I was very pleasted with the hotel. Although the comforter was smoky smelling (in a non- smoking room) and the bed a bit hard (in fairness to the hotel, I have to admit that I have back problems), our overall experience was a very pleasant one. The staff was very courteous, the hotel was very clean, and for it was very inexpensive especially considering how nice the room was. We had a refrigerator, stove, and microwave in addition to the standard things rooms have. The desk girl was very sweet about giving us extra pillows. At the end of the stay, the staff seemed genuinely interested in how our stay was. I recommend it to anybody who has a small budget, but wants a nice place to stay!

Overall, this hotel was perfect for our stay. We were in the area to visit Kings Island, so we weren't planning to be in the hotel much. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel for the price.

The reservation for this hotel stated QUEEN size beds, although they were only doubles. The rooms felt very cramped with a giant armoir/tv/closet contraption that took up one entire wall. The staff didn't seem tuned in- our reservation was for 4 adults and one child, and handicap accessible if possible. At check-in we were asked if we wanted one bed or two. (for 5 people!?) Pillowcase was missing from pillow. As for the handicap accessible request, we had to take an elevator to the third floor, then walk two LOOOONNNNGGG corridors in the maze of this place. Not really convenient. I can't even recomend just sleeping in this place, as the beds were very uncomfortable.

Free microwave and refrigerator in each room. No balcony rooms, odor in hallways, not a very good selection for breakfast. Hotel was nice for the money. It was nice to have the microwave and refrigerator in room. The rooms were pretty clean. Beds were uncomfortable - older mattresses. Breakfast would have better if fruit/or sausage would have been available, only had waffles, bagels, toast and cereal.

My room was very good and the staff was awesome. It was a great value for the money. Very clean hotel - not a lot of extras but I don't want to pay for extras that I won't be using. Breakfast was ok. I will stay here again if I am in the area or a LivINN Hotel in other areas I may travel to.
