Excellent, clean, tidy and secure apartment complex. Modern and central.

Very, very satisfied. People were very nice. The location was perfect and the size of the room, the fact that I could open the window was a plus. I would recommend that hotel to everybody who want to discover that beautiful city of Dunedin.

Really funky room, bedside light didn't work however and the bed was a killer only good for a one night stay.

Convient location, compact, close to supermarket and city attractions.

bedroom very small, but great bathroom. did not have a good nights sleep, other guests very noisy, lots of shouting, stomping around and slamming of doors. also lots of noise from hospital ambulance services. had trouble getting in and out of building using the card key. not a great experience.

the room are small but very quiet, walking distance to the central city, the facilities are nice, but can't do big cooking as they only has microwave and boiling jug there. staff are very nice, good place to stay with.
