Helpful staff and a nice breakfast room and selection. A solid walk from the centre of town. Quiet and smart room. Would recommend.

Confirmed early check in, room not ready. Checked in to room to find finger or toe nails on the floor. Talked to front desk asked for a different room and was told they would send house keeping to the room as no other rooms were available. The next day the room was not cleaned properly. The day after, it was not cleaned at all. I got fresh towels from front desk, who apologized but told me it was too late to do anything about it that day. I complained the next morning only to find the room unkempt when I returned that evening. They were not willing to fix. For the price, it was terribly dirty. The only redeming thing is the proximity to the ring road. It is within walking distance of the cathedral.

Hotel was clean. Check in desk was very friendly and offered to upgrade room for n/c. Restaurant service was very slow. Overall, it's a good deal for a family.

Very nice hotel, modern, in a good location. The rooms have a beautiful view to Belvedere palace. Oposite to a tram stop, and very close (<500 m) to the station Renweng (S-line), which leads to airport, and connects to metro lines. Very good varity and quality of breakfast. Excellent and helpful staff. Highly suggested!

Excellent hotel, facilities staff and rooms all of a high standard. Location was excellent for visiting Belvedere and just a short walk from the more central attractions.

This hotel has the worst housekeeping I have ever come across. I stayed for 3 days-there never was any soap on my shower soap dispenser and they didn´t put any even after I complained about it! Such a shame as this was my only problem in an otherwise very pleasant hotel.

I suppose in Austria it's legal, but people should not be allowed to smoke like chimneys just in front of the breakfast lounge at eight o' clock in the morning, it's disgusting and very unhealthy. The second day of our stay a bottle of mineral water suddenly was added out of nowhere to the ones in the refrigerator where there was no one the day before. They wanted to charge it on the extras but believed me when I told them it wasn't there when we arrived. All in all, a very good resort and a very pleasant stay.

Price / Quality was unbeatable, service was superb. Only thing what did not really worked was their lousy and expensive internet. Other wise, I can strongly recommend this!

This hotel is about one mile from the centre of Vienna on the 71 tram route. We found the hotel to be nice but and this was a massive but when you walk into the foyer the bar for the hotel is on the left and has many people smoking. This smell of smoke drifts all around the lobby area. There was nowhere to go away from the smoke apart from the main restaurant. There is limited seating with only seating for about 12 people in the lobby so you will have to sit with all the smokers. If you can put up with the smoking the hotel is fine, breakfast was a bit hectic with not enough tables for the guests and we found that things ran out and were not replenished straight away. There is free internet in the lobby and mini bars with very overpriced goods. My wife and I stayed for three nights, they really need a no smoking area though. If you are a smoker this is the hotel for you

No bathrobes on arrival as well as missing towels. A small spider on the corner discovered. Room was cleaned but bed cover was left on the chair. For a 4 star hotel I would expect more, at least warm floors. Breakfast was adequate as well as restaurant I ate at.

Everything was really good. Rooms were spacious and very nice with modern furniture. Also the food was very good. The only problem was that every morning a lady came in an early time (around 8 o'clock) and wanted to check the content of the frige... very strange. Never happend before.
