This place is in severe need of an overhaul, room dingy, gardens overgrown , garden furniture in disarray. Trailer chained to tree full of refuse, no idea from male staff when it will be removed, distinct odour coming from tailer to room and through car, pathways covered in thick leaf litter with thick dirt underneath.Courtyard overgrown ,complained and moved to motel unit in front, floor boards creaked, windows had bird feaces on them . Bathroom had stains on walls / floor from leaking toilets and sinks .The 3rd member of our party removed himself to another motel, hubby and I stayed as we had paid upfront, and could not afford the loss to pay for another motel... male staff did not seem interested in our plight. Would not recomend this place to anyone.For the price they charge treat yourself a few dollars and you will get something way better. I agree where do they get the rating from ??????

This place is a dump,I wouldn't let my dog sleep here, the star rating is an absolute joke if this place is 3 star. We ended up staying down the road at the pub which was cheaper and close to 5 star if you use the same system they must be using to rate this place.

We found the management and staff to be helpful in every way possible and the staff were more than happy to look after us i would highly recomend this motel to anyone could not be happier

The food and service in the restaurant was exceptional. The manager knows all the secrets of best places to go and spent an hour with us talking about Tasmania.

Good Value for money, you won't find cheaper. Freindly staff and very helpful, they even lent me a phone charger. Old Motel but clean and big room, better and cheaper than a cosy cabin.

Staffs are friendly but I will not stay there anymore because the hotel is too close to the main road and can hear the traffic.

A perfect motel if you just simply want somewhere to sleep for a few hours at night. Not modern, not luxurious, just somewhere to sleep. Right on highway so quite a bit of traffic noise. Not too far from Hobart City, but only a 20 min walk from Lindisfarne Village where a wonderful bakery awaits. For the price I paid it was fine, but any more and I would be checking out the next day.
