My Stay at the LindensWe found this hotel to be very clean, it was in an ideal location right in the centre of Llandudno. The proprietors were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent, the only down side was the lack of parking near the hotel.

A lovely place to stayWe only stayed for the one evening, but had a lovely stay. We were greeted on arrival, by the guy who I guessed was the owner, who gave a very friendly reception and explained all the necessary info for the room, breakfast etc...The room was clean and well presented, with great views (windows on three aspects). Breakfast was typical full breakfast, with buffet of juices, cereals etc... on offer too. It was cooked well and again very friendly and polite service.Check out was quick and friendly, with an interest and help with suggestions on the local attractions.Would definitely book again :o)

The Lindens is a lovely and friendly hotel, we were made to feel very welcome during our brief stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in the heart of Llandudno.

birthday treatMy Mom and i stayed at The Lindens as a suprise 75th birthday present for her . It was perfect for her as we were on the ground floor. All of the facilities were easy and accesible andnd we were made to feel most welcome. We could come and go as we pleased and there was hardly any noise from other guests. I would definately stay there again.Della Burns

Very good position for all of Llandudno's amenities, the only thing I can really pick at was the chipped paintwork in the bedroom! Very friendly owner

Simple but clean and tidy excellent for a short stay room would have been too small had we been staying more than a night or two. Breakfast was lovely.

Great value for money. A comfortable, friendly and relaxed place to stay. We stay in LLandudno regularly to visit friends and have stayed in a number of guest houses and hotels in the town, we would definately book the Lindins again.

Very friendly couple running the place who made u feel at home and made a decent breakfast. However the quality of the furtniture in room was pretty dire and deperately needs a make over. If you are simply after a clean bed for the night and a good breakfast this is a good place. If you want to stay in a decently sized room with quality furniture stay away.

Hotel was comfortable and conveniently located for visiting the city. Breakfast was very good and served very quickly --apparently they have corrected the slow service reported in comments made by others previously!

Excellent location, very close to town centre. The standard room was on the small side, but adequate. The owners were wonderful, very helpful. Great breakfast; buffet for cereals and juice, hot food cooked to order.

This was our second stay at Lindens which we thoroughly enjoyed. It helped to make the week-end a lovely relaxing break for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Very friendly hotel and location is very central. Food good and hotel provided several good recommendations for places to go for evening meals. Not good for parking - so O.K. for people intending not to use car after arrival - but I was with my mother who is 79, so it was a worry each time I went out and came back whether I would get a space, as hotel is on a slight uphill slope.

The complementary welcome drink with hosts Laura and Liam set the relaxed tone for our stay. They were very helpful in pointing out the local sights and eateries in the town. Our room was delightfully decoracted and from our window we have a view of the bay. Unfortunately we only stayed one night - wish we had stayed longer. My advice to others would be to stay at least two nights to explore the area fully and to enjoy the hospitality of Laura and Liam. We will definitely stay at the Lindens again - yes we will visit North Wales again.

Very friendly owners who are willing to help you. Hot water is sometimes a problem as I found out - it seems it runs out of hot water if everybody uses it at the same time - like in the morning for example! If Late Rooms.com tell you they do not accept credit card that is not true because they do. Small but comfortable room (room 17) nicely tucked away on the top of the building. Great location for the centre and all amenities. Worth booking if you can get the room for under £50. More than that I think is too much.
