There was no hot water in the room. You can't believe that they didn't even keep an extra toilet role in the bathroom. The hotel charged at extra $8 for parking which was not mentioned at the time of booking.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. First night the room was so hot that we couldn't sleep (heat controlled by office - we called the office - no one on duty). The second night the same so we turned on the A/C to combat the heat. The office closes at 9:00 PM and opens and 9: AM, so there is no clerk on duty over night. The room was nasty. The carpet had not been cleaned in quite some time. The maid service was just as bad. The bed was made as if the covers were just tossed back into place. No one ever ran a vacuum during the time we stayed. 3 out of the 4 days there was no ice in the machine. Both my wife and I killed an ant or two during the stay. No exhaust fan in bathroom, not even a waste basket in the bathroom. Room smelled musty. Pictures on this site are misleading. Not even the same hotel as depicted in the photo. TV has on 6 channels and two of these were snowy and couldn?t tell what was on. I definitely would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel to any other travelers.

It should be update the room and check the TV condition before starting vacation season. The receptinist's atitude is so bad. The location is OK because there are many resutaurant and can walk there. They have $5.99 buffe style breakfast, but NOT including coffee. the coffee fee is $2.67. Therefore total $10.17 per person including all tax.

This hotel is perfect. The staff is awsome. Its under new management and it offers a large variety of amenities. The outdoor heated pool would be perfect for the summer time and they also offer attached family rooms. Did i mention theres an on site all u can eat breakfast buffet? for just 5.99!

the shower in the wash rooms were not working, and we had to leave without taking bath.the hotel charged extra 7 dollars for parking which was not mentoined when booking.when we returned from falls in the night the parking was full and we could not park our car

Walking distance to all attractions of the Falls, we did all tourists things and had a good time. The motel needs to update it, little run down and old. Bathroom is small. They charged $5.00 for parking for each day. The staff were friendly. There only 3 channels on TV. The motel is OK, you get what you paid for.
