we will always return to liki tiki until our children are ten or until we find a better waterpark included in the price. there are four excellent waterslides, and though the hotel is close to all the parks, our children ages 3 and 4 would have been happy at the pool for a week. the rooms are suites for the price of a room with two double beds.

Our visit to the Liki Tiki was very enjoyable. The condo was clean and the furnishings were nice and in good condition. It was stocked with 2 packs of auto dishwashing detergent and two packettes of washing detergent. There was hand soap and dish detergent provided. Because it's a condo there is no room service. So if your planning to stay awhile you may need to bring more dish and clothes detergent. We stayed in a 2 BR condo- it was one of the older buildings (211D.) It appeared to us that the older section condos had more privacy than the new multi units. Our unit faced "The Harbor." The Harbor section has a basketball court, mini golf, small beach, and a playground. My children enjoyed these activities while we watched them from our porch. We enjoyed the use of the wave pool and water slides. Also continental breakfast was served in the lobby area each morning. Service was good and the staff was courteous. We requested additional blankets and they were delivered promptly. We came to visit Disney World and the drive was not as far as we expected. Overall the stay was very nice and a great bargain. We would definitely stay at the Liki Tiki again.

This was our 4th time at Liki Tiki Village and we enjoyed it. We arrived in Orlando early and the staff allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which was very nice. The front desk staff were friendly and we were checked in within a matter of a few minutes. The pool/lagoon area is a favorite for our kids and the lifeguards were very attentive & keep a good watch on the kids. The snack bar has good food & drinks & their prices are reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing that was not great is that the beds are not very comfortable & the sales people called our room early in the morning when we were still sleeping trying to get us to book a tour for their timeshare speech/tour. We were not interested in a tour and had told them that a check in so it upset me that they called our room early in the morning trying to get us to do the tour. With that said we plan to visit Liki Tiki again next summer.

It was nice, would go back but not on a holiday weekend (we went for the 4th of July). Also, a table fell on my 5 year old and we were told they would call corporate and compensate us, we have called them twice and still nothing, they obviously do not care much for their customers

We all really enjoyed this resort!! Me, hubby, M-I-L and two kids 3 and 4 traveled there in March 09. We were very pleased with eveything. Service was great! Room was good, amenities were perfect and all the grounds were very well kept. Restaurant wasn't good, but didn't matter. We only stayed 3 days but didn't leave the resort for all 3 days cause there was enough to do!

We exchanged thru Interval to get a week here and it was great. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Large 2-person whirlpool in master. The kids took bubble baths almost every night. Pool was enjoyable with lots of fun for my daughters (11 & 7). Shipwreck Sallys had good selection of food and beverages while you can still watch your kids play. Lifeguards on duty was very reassuring.Only problem was we could not use the bumper boots and paddle boats due alligators were in the lake area. We never saw them and they did not cause problems other than not being able to use these activities.

The general atmosphere of the hotel was nice. The beds were were NOT soft, IT WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON WOODEN BOARDS. The kitchen was a little out dated, yet other rooms had been renovated. The washer / dryer were conveniently in the room. The pool areas were a little small, although there were three to choose from. The rooms were large and comfortable, except for the sleeper sofa. We brought an air mattress for the kids to sleep on. Customer service was efficient and handled requests in a timely manner. The resort is located close to Disney World. It was a generally quiet location. Parking was conveniently close to the room. We normally stay at theme park hotels, so we missed the convenience of being close to the theme parks. The theme park hotels are definitely better quality. I would recommend this hotel for families if you do not mind to drive to attractions (The traffic on 192 gets a little backed up at times). Also, this is a great way to save on restaurant bills. DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN SHAMPOO!

We stayed at a time when an excellent deal was being offered at the property. Our condo unit was great. Plenty of room, clean, great deck and beautiful view. The small lake is swarming with wildlife, they offer fun activities such as paddle boats and putt-putt. The pool is a dream for families. Plenty of activities and good food. We really enjoyed the sunrise/sunset each day. We would recommend this place for families or couples. It was quite romantic.

Our children lounged at the lagoon for large amounts of time. The pool was very child friendly. As was the resort. They had everything from mini golf to 6 seater bikes for the guests. We truly had a memorable time and would recommend the Liki Tiki to everyone.

I was very nervous after i booked this trip, after reading previous reviews. However, I knew to book the new towers (unit 1400) and we absolutely loved our 2 br unit. Everything was brand new. Our shower was 3 headed shower. We were with our 2 boys ages 6 and 8, who loved the pool. everyday we went to a park, and all they did was ask to come back to the hotel. My inlaws came and stayed with us from wed-sat and we still had more than enough room. Everything was very clean. The lifeguards on duty by the pool, were always walking around and we were able to relax in peace knowing they were well guarded. We did the time share for around hour, received 75 and breakfast. I did tell them, i did enjoy my stay and our unit was superb, however, I dont think i would have liked to stay in the villas. They look old and are in need of repair. As a matter of fact, when we checked in, our room was not ready, and i insisted on waiting for a room in the new tower. The services were also outstanding. our toilet clogged one day, and a maintenance person came immediately to fix it. If it were just me and my husband staying, i do not think i would have stayed here. There really are no restaurants or bars, only an outside grill and bar by the pool. But my kids absolutely loved this hotel and i would go back again, not only for the price, but they had a great time. We were a hop, skip and jump away from disney, and minutes from walmart.

The staff was very courteous on check in. Everyone is there to assist if needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The water park (lagoon) closes at dusk which was fine because the pools stayed open until midnight. They also have gas grills by the pool for guest use and are cleaned by staff. The resort also has activities by the lagoon daily and other activities for the whole family. It is a very family friendly resort!!!!

We had a great time. Room was clean and activities were fun. Check in should be earlier. They did let us hang out by the pool while we waited for our room. Disney tickets were more expensive at the hotel than at the gate. Great family vacation site.

The room was very spacious. My 2 boys (4 and 7) loved having their own room and the master bedroom was great. Our shower had 3 shower heads! The boys tub was jetted (bubble bath was a must!). They gave you all of the essentials for a condo (toiletries, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, etc) We enjoyed making meals and eating on the patio or on the dining room table, it was more relaxing than a restaurant! The gated entrance was nice and the guards were very pleasant. The 3 pools were wonderful. The water park had lots of fun stuff, the boys loved it. There were plenty of lifeguards. The only downfall was that the waterpark closed at dusk. The other 2 pools were open until midnight. The mini golf was very small but still fun. We even extended our stay because we were enjoying it so much.

My family stayed here 6/12-15/09. Check-in was pretty speedy at 2:30p.m. Pointer: be sure to check the beach towel count in your room because they charge $25 dollars per towel if there is one missing when you check out. Also, they will charge $1 per room key if it's not returned. What?? There is an inventory check list for the items that are supposed to be in the room and kitchen. I found several things missing and reported it to the front desk and turned in the checklist when I checked out so they were aware and would not potentially charge me for them. We stayed in the 800 building with a view of the harbour. The view was great. The room was big and the kitchen was nice. The sofa bed had a pretty thin matress but my son thought it was good since he's pretty little. I would definitely not recommended it if you plan to have adults sleep on it though. The Shipwreck Sally's bar was very noisy with Karaoke singers on Friday and Saturday nights. The music was supposed to end at dusk but it went till about 11pm. I didn't care for this but it might appeal to others.

This place was great. Couldn't get my son out of the waterpark. Accomodations were clean and well stocked with necessities. The only complaint I had was about the kitchen trash bin was not large enough. Great place!

First time renting at resort. Great time and will go back soon. Good location off I192 with easy acess to Disney World parks, restaurants, shops; however no restaurant on site only bar food. Don't bother renting paddle boats, it will hurt your back due to the poor design of seats. If you plan on hitting many places, it would be best to use GPS to get around without getting lost. Also, bring change for tolls or use card swipe.

Liki Tiki is a great place to take the family for a getaway. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have every possible ammenity you would have at your own home inside the rooms. There's a full kitchen (no need to eat out 3 times a day). The pool was a bit cold but the kids still had a great time on the water slides. Great hotel! Will definitely stay here again!!
