The restaurant Lidiya is located on the ground floor of the Hotel Complex. The hall of the restaurant can accommodate up to100 people. There is a guarded 24 hour parking in front of the Lidiya Hotel. There are the following facilities in the rooms: a sport-hall, a swimming-pool, a sauna, and a yacht rent.
