Cheap and cheerfulWe had a brilliant experience staying in this hotel. We arrived at 10pm and were checked in very quickly by a very pleasant member of staff. Our room was excellent value for money; I knew what to expect from inexpensive Paris hotel rooms, i.e. small and somewhat in need of decoration, and found it to be clean, comfortable and perfect for two people staying for 2 nights and spending little time in the room. The room was refreshed for us in the morning, the shower was hot and powerful and, though the head had become detached, the hairdryer worked! The reception was always staffed by friendly staff members, it was easy to come and go and we were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel on our last day after having checked out.I read reviews of this hotel before booking and though I couldn't fault it and would definitely stay here again it isn't for the snobbish with unrealistic expectations of an inexpensive hotel!The location is fantastic central and just yards away from the Metro.

We stayed in a comfort room which was small but had everything we needed. It was very clean and had flat screen tv with english news channels. On fringe of red light district but was not a problem although we were not out and about late at night. We would recommend this hotel for ease of travel to all parts of the city.

Mother and Daughter Trip Hotel was in a good location, very near Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coure. Two Metro stations were very close by. Hotel was basic but clean. Room and bathroom could do with a bit of a refurbishment with fresh general decoration throughout. Ideal for short breaks. Staff very freindly and helpful.

4 day stayNice hotel, small. The room was a fine size (what we expected), only annoying part was the bathroom which was literally right beside the bed (little too close for comfort). Also, we asked for a double bed and it was a good size - but it was two beds pushed together so we found ourselves frequently having to push them back together. The location was great though - right near Pigalle metro stop, which has 2 lines. Also, there is two grocery stores and other quick food places right at the metro stop as well. Literally 2 minute walk from Moulin Rouge. Area is a bit sketchy at night, but we never felt too unsafe at night.

hotel reviewFor the money we paid room was ok.....very much in need of a paint and also the bathroom was covered in mould, with the ceiling paint peeling off. Also the thing to attach shower to wall was broken so had to hold it up. Room very small, no mirror in bedroom...not handy if other person is in shower while you are getting ready! But if you are not going to be in your room much then its alrite....be aware that it is a bit of a walk to the attractions although it is very near metro station.

one night getaway to Parisgood,clean, warm no frills type of room , very good location for a short stay.would recommend le Cloche D'Or restaurant nearby to eat. smell of smoke in the room which was the only negative, didnt ask for a different room as we just dropped our bags and went out, no time to waste! comfortable and clean otherwise..didnt think anything bad about the area good buzz near the Moulin rouge.expensive drinks at the cafes.should have more details on the webpage of how to get there by train and metro not just by car, shuttle bus available from hotel to airport which we didnt know about but found train and metro great(got that info from airport)

Libertel Rue DuperreLocation close to many bars and restaurants. Cheaper set menus can be found for dinner if you look in the side streets nearby. Very quiet, our room was on the ground floor and it was still quiet.

Nice and affordableI was there for two night with my boyfriend and we had a very good time. The room was very clean and staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area. The only disadvantage is luck of parking, which is very expensive in that area (Â£20/Day).

The room was basic but clean and warm and absolutely fine to use as a base for exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and the shower very good. The location was rather seedy but the reception desk was always staffed.

Good budget hotel, the middle of red light district, clean, in Zone 1 gaurd du Nord 10 min walk If you are looking for a base this is a good place for sleeping. Its not the most beautiful but for 50euro pernight for a double room we got a comfy clean double bed and nice little bath room. A Stones throw from the Molin Rogue and all the strip bars. Its in Zone 1 so getting about was easy we walked from the euro star there and back. Paris is very expensive for everything now that its 93p - 1euro, so this hotel was a bargain.

The hotel was a very good value for the price. The location was perfect as located close to the most touristics areas( pigalle with the moulin rouge, sacré coeur, opera and the louvre, champs elysées was about 15mins walk. The room was clean and comfortable even if a bit small.The customer service was very good.

Hot shower, good bed, a shuttered window giving a view onto the cobbled street below - what else can you ask from a Parisian 2 star hotel? The only drawback is its location on the edge of the redlight district, which forces you to run a gauntlet of lurid sex shops and prostitutes if, at night, you get out at the Blanche or Pigalle metro stops. This could make things difficult if with curious children. On the other hand, the walls at the hotel are thin enough that I could hear a couple above me having full-on sex on the last night I stayed. It rendered the redlight district unnecessary. But positive points about the location: it's in Montmartre, the metro is five minutes away and the local streets (Rue Lepic in particular) has typically wonderful food shops selling cheese, tarts, cakes etc. I'd go back.

This hotel was a good base for all the things we wanted to do - 10 euros in a taxi to the Eiffel Tower & Champs Elysees. It was 40 from the airport which on the whole wasnt to bad either.Be aware of Taxi drivers noticing your tourists and using rate b or c in your taxi instead of rate a, which it should be from 7am-7pm. Our hotel was clean, tidy, and served a purpose. very good location 2 mi nutes from the Moulin Rouge and 5-10 from the area's above.Plenty of local night life and 10 minute walk to all ammenities. We had a good stay and the staff were very helpful providing Iron's, Taxi's and generally a good hotel service.The rooms are compact but set out well, small bathroom and small amount of storage for clothes, belongings ect.Ultimatley i would say that we would stay there again. Our reasoning is the location, and our experience of Paris as a city. It was 95 euros for two nights stay in a decent hotel, smack bang in the centre of paris 3 days before Xmas - Pretty good going really.

Agréablement surprise !!71€ la nuit dans Pigalle, je m'attendais presque à un hôtel de passe ... ou à une erreur de prix! Et ben non!! Hôtel dans une rue calme, très belle entrée, chambre très propre et lit bien douillet, sdb tout à fait correcte avec les échantillons qui vont bien ..... Bref, heureuse !

Habitacion diminuta y paredes desconchadas.La habitación era diminuta con paredes desconchadas,enchuefes colgando, la cama doble no cabia en la habitación y estaba pegada a una pared lateral. No se correspondia en absoluto con las fotos del hotel en la web, nos indicaron que las habitaciones básicas eran las que no estaban renovadas o sea que si alguien se le ocurre ir que pida una de las habitaciones renovadas.Ah¡ y menos mal que no hizo mucho calor porque el aire acondicionado es un ventilador sobre una mesita.

Chambre en RDC à éviterLa chambre que nous avons eu en RDC nous a fait passer une très très mauvaise nuit du fait de la proximité de la réception (bruits de voix toute la nuit) mais SURTOUT du fait des bruits générés par les portes automatiques de l'entrée de l'hôtel : ces bruits nous ont fait passer une quasi nuit blanche....Sinon la chambre était très confortable mais la situation géographique de la chambre et la pollution sonore n'offre vraiment pas le standard de qualité attendu pour un tel hôtel.Un nouveau séjour serait à envisager dans cet hôtel mais surtout pas dans une chambre en RDC!!!!

Confortable et assez propre, mais très mal insonoriséLiterie confortable, chambre lumineuse, salle de douche fonctionnelle.En revanche, l'insonorisation est nettement insuffisante. Vous profitez à la fois du bruit de la rue (tard dans la nuit, le quartier est animé) et des bruits des voisins de chambre (pas, discussions, douche...). Le petit déjeuner ressemble à celui d'un hôtel Ibis ou Campanile, il ne vaut pas les 8€ demandés.Le prix \"client\" normal est de 140€ par chambre, j'ai payé 75€, cet hôtel ne les vaut pas...Je ne le recommanderais pas...

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé à 2 pas de Montmartre. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Un peu plus de soin dans l'aménagement de la chambre (pas vraiment d'endroit où poser mon manteau mouillé par la pluie) aurait rendu la prestation extraordinaire.
