This is a great hotel its near to all the sights but the hotel is in a quite area.The room we stayed in was out of this world.It looked out over a canal.Very nice if you are thinking of booking, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Well located and high quality classy hotel but with minimum services. we booked the hotel on the basis that their web sited indicated they hosted muscial events and they had a bar. Neither of these were true and whilst it didnt spoil our stay we felt we had been misled. At a cost of £300 a night it was not cheap but we thouroghly enjoyed our stay andthe staff were pleasant and helpful. we enjoyed breakfast overlooking one of the canals and Greci Pont and it was nice to relax in teh couryard after a day of walking. This would have been enhanced greatly if we could have had a drink also but we had to rely on our minibar for that.The air conditioning in our room was not very effective which again didnt really affect us during our stay but I could see that being a problem in the summer.Overall we enjoyed our stay but that was more to do with Venice than the accomaodation. Hotels are expensive here so its difficult to judge whether it was value for money or not.

Excellent location and truly outstanding service at the hotel, the reception staff was one of the top two best and most helpful (even in non-standart situation) I've ever seen! Price is on the high side as compared to other cities, but that goes for all hotels in Venice. However I am most pleased with the price I got through online booking, by 25% less than than standard rate for this hotel.

The hotel was very well looked after, the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The room was good (split level with bed on a mezzanine) but was relatively expensive for its size (however, this is Venice). Disappointing was the fact that although a room service menu was provided, the hotel had no room service or even a bar as they had closed the service for the winter. It left you wondering why pay for a 4 star hotel when you were only getting the service of a 3 star. They might have mitigated this disappointment by say upgrading to a better room, by at least implementing a limited bar menu on room service if they couldn't offer food, or by providing tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Having said all that the hotel experience overall was very good and the hotel is well placed for sightseeing.

A very well positioned hotel. As easy to find as anywhere in Venice is. 30 minute walk from the railway station avoiding expensive water taxis. Food options are cheaper further East from the hotel

Fantastic quaint gorgeous hotel in excellent location. Really is only a 5 minute walk to St Marks Square. Staff very accommodating & incredibly polite. Room was lovely with a great bathroom almost as big as bedroom! Very clean & quiet location. Would definetly stay again

I was in Liassidi Palace with my girlfriend for a weekend, one week after the Carnival. They upgraded us from the standard room to a junior suite which was a very nice surprise. The room was very nice and spacious with a view to a canal and a small bridge nearby. The breakfast was nothing exciting but it was quite nice nonetheless. The staff was really welcoming and helpful and they had nice restaurants to recommend. The main advantage of the hotel is its location, just a few hundred meters from St Mark's square. Also, for all that the hotel had to offer, I found the price to be quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
