The rooms are lovely. If you are paying HK$500-$700 it seems to be a bargain. There are reasons for the low price though. There is still a lot of work going on at the base of the hotel. Adjacent, they are building a new condo with sales people swarming everywhere from the main entrance to the hotel, the MTR stations, the shopping center nearby. They won't leave you alone. Expect to be approached by at least 10 of them every time you go in and out of the hotel. A sad distraction from a nice place. I don't believe the pool is open yet. (No info in my room about the facilities!) Everyone who says the hotel is far from the MTR is taking Tsuen Wan station. the Tsuen Wan WEST station is maybe only a 5 minute walk away. I found it easier to use this station, though to go into HK you must later transfer to another line, very easy though. The desk staff were nice, though when I asked if there were any buses to/from the MTR she said NO. I think this isn't true. My last day I stayed I was allowed to leave my bags for free in order to be picked up later in the evening for a night flight home. That was nice. Overall, if you get a low price, it's hard to complain too much. Oh, and there are PCs in the lobby which are free to use the intranet.

Very good for children as there are good playgrounds very close by and a number of places for good shopping. We always request and receive connecting rooms. Lovely views and very nice rooms.

Very stylish hotel with few minutes walking distance from the MTR station. Got a free upgrade to the seaview which was a very nice gesture. The location was a bit off centre but MTR connection was easy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives if the price doesn't increase much.

This was our first trip to Hong Kong. We stayed at L Hotel Nina Et Convention Ctr for 2 nights. This 5-star hotel was great. Our room was on the 39th floor with great views. It is new, very clean and staff was very helpful especially with advising us on where to go and how. Hotel is located in New Territories Island in the middle of the city, between HK Airport and Kowloon. Hong Kong is not a huge city but there is still plenty to see. This location allowed us to visit all 4 islands in 2.5 days and we took all types of transportation - taxi, metro train, double decker buses, ferries etc. Outside the hotel, there are all sorts of shops and restaurants on a walking distance. I highly recommend Maxim's bakery. There are plenty of 7-11s, McDonalds and KFCs around the hotel. Metro Station is about 12 min's walk. Buses and other trains were a much shorter walk. We booked this hotel through Orbitz just because it offered a great deal for a 5-star hotel. Many 3 and 4 star hotels had higher prices just because they were closer to the airport or in Kowloon. I did not have much information about the hotel and location at that time. I am glad I took this deal! One more advise to any travellers to this region - Always ask explicitly for non-smoking room / floor, if smoke bothers you, as smoking inside the premise is common in these countries.

This was our second stay. The location to the MRT station is good. 25mins into city and Disney. There is a great park next door for families and the rooms for HK were large for the money. The beds however are a little hard.

I got a room with harbor view and it was very nice. Huge walk-in closet and a nice bathroom. Only downside was that there was no complimentary internet. It would've been perfect if there was internet access.

The hotel was GREAT. I can not find words to describe my satisfation from the hotel. Everything was PERFECT. I am ready to recomend that hotel to all of my friedns, which are planing to visit Hong Kong. I have only one remark - the internet is very, very expencive and I would like to inform you that I was paid 40 HK$ per hour. For me is a little bit expencive. But everything else was FIVE starts. Try it.

The LHotel Nina was quite an impressive hotel on arriving. The room was good value. Unfortunately I was there for only 8 hours and so did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the facilities.

The hotel has some interesting architectural design elements and yes, the rooms are generously apportioned. Everything is quite modern and presents well at this time. The bed is delicious. Harbour views are probably not worth the extra money, nor is the breakfast. This hotel is popular for tour groups and as such, is very busy. Staff are not really equiped to offer personal service at this time, TV channels are limited and the health club is yet to open. The food is ordinary and the in-room menu is a waste of time. The location is not too bad, provided that you are not lugging around too much bagadge. The MTR is walkable and shopping is cheaper than downtown (with much the same choices). There are some great Chinese restuarants close to the hotel. Overall, the hotel could be far more expensive with some fine tuning. For now it is good value compared to offerings closer to the centre.

Good price makes up for the suburb location. Easy and quick access to HK Aiport via Tsing Yi Station. Shopping Centre across the street.

Nice and roomy hotel especially by HK standards. Great views from many rooms. The only problems are that it is a decent train ride from most attractions and while it will probably mature into a good hotel the staff and information available about the hotel's facilities leave a lot to be desired. Good value for your dollar though.

Very good for families with children. Not great breakfast for westerners - hotel food has western options but isn't really 5 star and local places don't do western breakfast. However, there is a Starbucks in the Citywalk Shopping Centre open early. The hotel is located next to an excellent playground and right near the MTR. Also another excellent playground atop the Tsuen Wan Plaza - 5 minutes walk. We recommend this hotel but wish they'd hurry up and get the pool finished!

Clean, nice and very big room (compare to those in mongkok or jordan at this pricing) The facilities is not ready yet and a little bit too far to city (taxi fare HKD100 to Tsim Sa tsui). Highly recommended for leisure

This hotel may seem far out of the center which it is, but with the new West Rail link it only takes 30 min from the hotel to Central. I also took a direct bus (273X)- bus station just around the corner - to the train station 1 stop before Lo Wu. Very convinient if you want to travel into China via Lo Wu. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms but hotel mostly caters for groups. Dont eat the breakfast unless you get for a very good deal. Staff correct but no more.

++ location in a nice neighbourhood ++ roomspace, modern new hotel - minibar was empty for a 5 star hotel you would expect it was filled - checkout could be much better
