The hotel was small but well maintained for it's age. The restaurant next door was outstanding and fun for the entire family. The staff at the hotel was friendly and knew my name each time we went by the desk. The rooms were large and comfortable but nothing fancy. If you want a vacation and not spend a lot of money I'd stay at the Lexington Hotel again.

Nice little hotel close to the beach without costing a fortune. The staff was great and we even enjoyed the hotel cat. The hotel is located in a neighborhood so I felt safe. We enjoyed the restaurant and family like setting. Our room was clean but nothing fancy. I would definately stay here again.

Clean rooms, close to a restaurant/bar, but not noisy. The staff was very helpful in finding non-tourist things to do.

The air-conditioner did not work well, it was very noisy, and there was no bathroom fan. I would not stay at this hotel again. It was old and run down. The air-conditioner did not work very well. It was very noisy and did not cool the room. There was no bathroom vent fan so when we took showers the room got steamed up as well as the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were very happy with this hotel. Staying there was like moving into the community. It is located in a residential neighborhood. The staff were thoughtful and pleasant. The location was near enough to Kennedy Space Center to be convenient without being in a "touristy" town. There were many good and reasonably priced restaurants in the area. Nothing fancy but very good food. We found the locals to be as friendly as they were on Prince Edward Island, and that is saying that they all were about as nice as possible.This isn't a resort, but a great place to stay if you plan to center your trip on Kennedy Space Center or other activities in the Cocoa and Cocoa Beach area. The best thing about this hotel is that we found it to be extremely quiet.

My stay was fine . I can not say anything bad. The staff was great. The Hotel was clean . Not far from the beaches and close to the airport . I would stay there again.

Great pool/bar area. Horrible beds, pealing paint in rooms. Overall not bad, other than the beds. Exterior looks great but rooms still need work. Beds were absolute garbage. Wonderful pool deck and bar area. Not within walking distance to the beach.

The motel's staff was extremely nice and helpful. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the rooms and I was in two different rooms as the antiquated air conditioner broke in the first room. The bathrooms had hair in the showers, dirt through out and just looked unappealing especially while you are trying to get clean. The room size was large and so was the closet that held a safe, ironing board and iron. However the beds were extremely uncomfortable and we both had terrible back aches after three nights. Also, as previously stated there is a lot of antiquated equipment. Besides the air conditioning units, the hair dryers were also terrible and broken. They sucked in my hair on the back end and I had to pull out my hair-literally. There was a bar/restaurant on the premesis that was pleasant which could be called prior to going so that your food would be ready when you got there. There too the employees were extremely friendly. Nothing else was close by.

The staff at the Lexington was wonderful; friendly and professional. They quickly changed out our double queen room for a king room - without questions or problem. The room was clean and there was adequate space for all of our things. They even gave us the name and directions to the best bbq restuarant in the area. The area, however, was a bit sketchy. I was expecting something a bit more up-scale. All in all - not bad.
