Upon entering our room there was a noticeable odor. I spoke to the front desk who took my complaint and he promised to send maintenance up. I have yet to see that person. Secondly, the cleaning person came to change my towels while my daughter was using the shower and she requested them to give her 5 to 10 minutes to finish and exit the room and she was told NO. When leaving the room, I agin made the request, translated correctly by another person, housekeeping told me they would change the towels. I have yet to see them. Checked out that same night. I left one day earlier than planned. I was disappointed by this service.

Hotel described they had an airport shuttle they didn't so any savings were lost in cab fares not good business. The hotel was nice, price good for a two star room. Hotel represented they had an airport shuttle at the airport, I called and they said they didn't have a shuttle. Poor/ deceptive business practices.

My husband and I choose this hotel because it was not that far from Chase Field. The room was clean (and I'm VERY picky) but I have to agree with the bed issue. The mattress was definitely springy and sagged in the middle. It looks as though they are in the middle of renovating because some items in the room looked a little more modern than the rest of it. As far as staff went they were all extremely kind and very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again.

Our stay at the Lexington Hotel was a great one! The one feature that stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff and housekeeping were to us. We were in town to compete for Miss Gay Arizona America. Anything that we needed the staff went out of their way for us. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. The view was huge as well. The location fit us perfectly and we plan on stayong here again.

Price/quality value. A little run down in spots, but not significant.

This place has fallen into disrepair. Rooms are dark and dingy. The AC in all rooms were broken so it was hot and stuffy. Staff was ""oh well"" about heat complaints. Complimentary shuttle costs 9 dollars. Ice machine was empty. TV only had basic channels. Construction all around building.

Best feature is location, close to many attractions. One mile to Chase Field (we went to see the Diamondbacks play) and there is a light rail station right next to the hotel. Room was clean and adequate. Hotel restaurant was short on ambiance, but the food was great. Trip started off bad when we called the hotel to request pickup by the hotel's airport shuttle, only to find out the shuttle service was no longer offered on weekends. Web site touted complimentary shuttle for airport and areas w/in 3 miles of hotel, did not mention no more weekend service. Manager did upgrade room, though. Also liked that the hotel is smaller and close to a great library, a park for jogging and a funky coffeehouse.

reat location. Low ceilings in halls, trim a bit jaded, hard bed.

Overall, a good stay. The room was not the cleanest, and there were a few things that should have been repaired in the room, but the staff was very friendly, and accommodating. I chose this hotel based on close location to a business meeting, and the price and room availability, and was more than satisfied.

Nice big room. The back entrance to bring in the luggage was awkward. We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and big. We didn't hear any noise so we had a good nights sleep which is why we were there.

Pool, breakfast, and love seat were a plus. The beds were weird and slid around on the box spring. It is an excellent hotel in a convenient location, but the beds are not the best.

Value. Breakfast menu did not meet expectations. This is a very nice hotel for the budget conscious. We had a nice time and would come back.
