The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Air conditioner did not work well. We would go back and stay again. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable, and a friendly staff.

The location was near the airport. The smell and condition of the room. The location of hotel was supreme for access to the airport, the food serve in the Denny's was pretty good but the overall condition of the room was not good. It had an overall moisture handing in the air, water stains on the ceiling, and the carpet seemed damp and there was a slight smell that resembled sewage in the room.

Friendly people and very clean. The hair dryer in our room did not work. Over all the place was nice and we will stay there again in the next month coming up. Loved the fact of it is right across the airport. Hope to enjoy pool this time.

Good location for business in Kenner & surrounding area. Rude & uncaring behavior of front desk staff. Average economy hotel, good for business travel near airport. Good deny restaurant at property.

Nothing. I hated this hotel will never stay here again. I have complained to the general manager of this hotel. I received very poor customer service which included no parking, no hot water, and no clean towels. I will never stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Service to the airport and able to leave vehicle there at hotel. Could not find no one to pick us up from the airport.

Location to my new job. Housekeeping didn't consistently clean my room. I was skipped over several times. The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly. As I stated, housekeeping didn't clean my room consistently and I complained about it. I was told they would tell a manager. A manager never spoke to me about this. Housekeeping also didn't always refill my supplies. I had to keep going to the front desk and asking for towels or toilet paper.

It was VERY close to the airport The rooms were not in the best of conditions nor were they in the safest part of town. This hotel serves the function of being very near the airport. I can't say that I felt very safe there nor was I impressed by the room conditions but it did serve it's purpose of giving us a cheap place to sleep for the few hours we were there. I would not recommend it for a long term stay.

The room was dirty and the staff was rude and ignorant. Every thing was awful Unknowledgeable staff and very rude. Dirty lobby and the outside of the hotel smelled like old dirty trash and the bathroom was dirty
