Very clean and the staff was very friendly. Parking garage was not easily ready to get into the hotel.

I have stayed at the Radisson several times. Gracious service has been the rule. The fabulous Radisson bedding, spacious rooms and nice views are also a part of the package.. The location is perfect.

Very eye pleasing. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room smelled bad. Located in Downtown Lexington, you were close to everything in that area.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
I unfortunately am using this hotel for my wedding and reserved rooms with the promise that if the hotel began to fill they would call to inform me. Well, they filled up and never called and now my whole family is having to scramble to find rooms in hotels throughout the city. Do not trust this hotel to keep their word.

Close proximity to U of K campus. It was a bit noisy, both the neighborhood and the heat/AC unit in the room.

Love the rooms service left much to be desired location is great and views are good parking is convient unlike other downtown lexington hotels by far the best hotel in the downtown area

Location. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The staff was very helpful including the parking garage attendant. The location was excellent in downtown Lexington.

Downtown location. Pillows, fabrics in room. The hotel was very nice. It was undergoing renovation, but the renovations had not gotten to the rooms yet which was disappointing.

Nice location, free Wi-Fi and clean rooms. Some renovation going on, no major problems though. Great location downtown, free Wi-Fi, clean rooms with sleep number beds.

Location was awesome for the event at Rupp Arena. The parking was in a garage and it was confusing finding the front desk to check in. The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful and polite. The parking garage was nice but it was very confusing finding the front desk to check in. There was also a folk music convention and they were set up everywhere, in the lobby and every place you looked there were booths set up. We had to weave through them no matter where we went in the hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and classy. Parking.

The bed. Too much going on in the lobby and halls. It was nice.

Very comfortable bed. Construction but it did not interfere with our room just the overall atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly go there again.

Easy to find, good parking, near many restaurants, GREAT pool/fitness area, sleep-number beds, spacious andclean. It was under construction; however, it didn't really affect us at all. Will be much prettier when complete. Our large family found this motel very accommodating. Great pool for the kids, and nice fitness workout room! Very pretty. Nice spacious rooms. Sleep number beds. Quite comfortable and clean. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Staff was very friendly, bed comfortable! It was very convenient to the convention center. Hotel staff was very friendly! My bed was comfortable, but room need work. Was told it is in process of complete renovation. Construction all over restaurant and lobby area.

New bedding and well located. The hotel is very well located. Soft goods are new and the public space is undergoing a significant refurbishing. Even though it is a convention hotel, I would consider again for business or leisure travel.

This hotel is not comparable to other 3 stars in Lexington. Not desirable location unless you need to be downtown.

There was a lot of construction going on - but an update is definitely needed.

The bar downstairs (Big Blue Martini) is fantastic! The bathrooms are cramped and in severe need of renovation. We have stayed here before with no problems. This time, however, we had asked for a king sized bed and were given a queen. If we hadn't already been running late for an event I would have demanded a room change but we simply were too rushed to waste another 30 minutes with the issue. Our room was at the end of a hall where it was nice and quiet. The bathroom was very small and outdated (plastic shower hooks, no fan, cheap towels and only 2 of them).
