We found the rooms to be more than we expected, almost like a small apartment. We were there for seven days and never felt that the room was suffocating. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and looked forward to that meal. The convenience to the underground was another plus. We were also near a couple of stores and bakeries. Having a washer and dryer on the premises was helpful. We got change from the front desk whenever we needed it. The only drawback was the night noise from either the outdoor restaurant of the hotel or another one down the street. I was so tired every night that it didn't bother me but it did my kids. If I was going back I would stay there again without hesitation.

Quite and convenient. Slow front desk and nobody to serve drinks in the bar.

Very close to city center by U Bahn. Room very comfortable and nice buffet breakfast. A real good choice for tourism or business in Munich

Hotel is located about 15-20 minutes subway ride from a center, slightly complicated by switching the trains in the middle. The subway station is about 300 feet from the Hotel. Room was very clean. The breakfast was exceptional(something to write home about). Made couple of calls using prepaid card and was charged for it 1.5 euro per call. There was a great bar/restaurant right behind the corner, unfortunately don't remember the name.

Clean, modern rooms and convenient location near the subway. Would have liked free wireless internet, but it was available for a fee. I would recommend this hotel for its location and its clean, modern rooms. The hotel staff also speaks English and was friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here many times and is a nice hotel and good value for money. It is close to a U-Bahn station and has a few excellent places to eat and drink.

The room was modern, nice lay-out. A bath-tub and coffee-maker would have made it a perfect set-up. Breakfasr buffet was outstanding. One draw-backs was the location, though short walk from subway and 5 stops from city center. Other draw-back was young hotel staff who were not equiped to even answer some standard tourist questions. Be sure to take a good guide book!

It was clean, spacious and really loved the location. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Although not near the city heart, it was near the subway. Too busy.

Very good hotel. Close to the metro and excellent breakfast. Not the cheapest in Munich, but it has a very good standard.

Convenient to subway, safe residential area and rooms have kitchenette. Worn carpet and furnishings, could be cleaner, few places to eat or drink nearby.

very good hotel, good location, easily reach the center, 2 metro stations nearby

We had a nice stay in Leonardo Residenz Munich Hotel; the location was very good close to public transport. In the weekend it seems like there were too few seats in the breakfast restaurant, not enough food and personal for this size of a hotel. In addition we cannot recommend eating at the hotels restaurant in the evening.

The hotel is really nice. The location is close to city center, only 50 meters from subway. The room and the breakfast was perfect.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel even tho it was a little bit out of town but very close to Metro so that was fine. Nice quiet area. Room was very nice and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and also ate in the restaurant which was good. Was a little disappointed in the bar area - very small. All in all a very good experience.

Great hotel, pretty good location. It's difficult to walk everywhere you want to go, but the hotel is 30 seconds from the nearest subway, and Munich's subway goes everywhere. The room was very clean, although the sheets smelled kind of funky. The room had a kitchenette (stove top and microwave). Breakfast is fantastic. The only major complaint is that they try to nickle and dime you. Checking it before 3pm, for example, costs 30 euros. If you want cutlery for your kitchenette, it costs 25 euros. So don't do that stuff.

Good breakfast, friendly staff and a very short walk to the nearest Subway station. Rooms very quiet. The TV had the most convenient remote of any hotel I have ever seen. Just a few buttons.

This is the perfect location for a small hotel in Munich. The hotel is located 100 metre from an underground station. It often took less than 10 minutes from the front door to the time you arrived by train to the centre of the city. The hotel has had what appears to be a complete refurbishment. The rooms are small but so well designed. Plenty of storage places and a great bathroom. Would stay there again on my next trip to Munich
