Travelers should be warned that the hotel does not ovver shuttle service on the weekends. This caused a 30 Euro cab fare to the hotel.

We needed a hotel near the airport in Frankfurt for an early flight out in the morning. This hotel is not very near the airport and is a $20 taxi ride each way. The "shuttle service" does not operate before 7 AM. And breakfast is not included in the room price. Otherwise it is a lovely hotel!

It was in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood. It was too far from either train station or airport. The restaurant had a very limited menu but was good. Staff very friendly and helpful and we appreciated the free shuttle to the airport at departure.

When we called to reserve the "24 hour airport shuttle", we were told the shuttle stops at 9:00pm, so we had to take a cab from the airport. The cab driver over-charged us, by taking a long round-about way to get there. There are no wash cloths in the bathroom, only nylon bath puffs, laying open, not even in plastic wrappers. We tried to call the desk, and there was no way to call it except to use our cell phone.There was no number on the phone telling you how to call the desk, and when we hit the "O" the phone just kept making the dial tone, as it did when we tried to hit all the other numbers to include the "pound" and "star". The air conditioner didn't work, it was very warm in the room, the one window that was able to be opened was literly hanging by one hinge when we did open it. It was very quiet because the rooms over look a parking lot with houses on the other side of the parking lot. When we were leaving, we waited outside for the shuttle, only to find we were in the completely wrong place. There were no signs and no one from the desk told us where to wait to get the shuttle, we almost missed it, even though we had reserved it for that morning. If my husband had not gone into the lobby to find out about it, we would have missed it completely.

Free shuttle to airport! This was the most difficult hotel to find!

Some of the hotel description is misleading. Such as DIRECT FREE SHUTTLE BUS IS AVAILABLE 24 Hrs A DAY. No true is available with a minimum of 24 Hrs in advance reservation, Taxi cost 20 Euros each way. Also, the description indicated full breakfast included in the price, also no true they charge 14 Euros for breakfast. Please correct the hotel description to avoid surprises. I would selected a better hotel for the final price I paid at the Leonardo hotel, 54 Euros more than the Orbitz published price (40 Euros for taxi plus 14 more for breakfast).

Nothing. Dirty Hotel. This hotel was awful. The room they initially gave us was not cleaned (nasty). The rooms smelled very Smokey, they didn't have a non smoking room to give us. The guy at the front desk was clueless. Not a good experience.

There was no van service to the airport and it is about a 20 euro cab ride each way. No alarm clocks in the room and we never did get our wakeup call.

Cozy and located in a tranquil area. Far from nearest bus station, accessible by taxi. Personnel was friendly, we got a great view from our room facing a soccer field and planes trails crisscrossing on a blue orange sky as a backdrop. The hotel should have informed us that we had to make a reservation prior to our arrival in Frankfurt. We had to spent 20 Euro in taxi to be transported to the hotel.

Overall the staff was very helpful to us and also to other customers. When to see about breakfast and was told that the cost would be 14.75 Euro. We are talking about $35. for breakfast.

It was clean. They don't inform you that the shuttle service to and from the airport has to be made in advance. We had to pay $25. for a cab ride to what is suppost to be an airport hotel but is no where near the airport. So beware.

Was close to the airport and #21 tram. Restaurant staff seemed overworked - slow/no serice. This hotel is located in a rural area not far from the airport. Located about 1km from the #21 Tram to downtown Frankfurt. Clean modern hotel with friendly front desk staff. Seems oriented towards the business/stopover customer rather than family or tourist traveler. Met expectations in all ways. There is a free shuttle to the airport.

It was clean, convenient and friendly. I had to take a taxi to get to eth hotel since the directions that were given by staff were confusing; however 50% of the bill was picked by the hotel. Overall, it was good.
