These hotels that you book on line always seem to give you one of the least appealing rooms. This is disappointing as I know I'm not getting a discount rate but I feel like a discount customer

Very good location close to tourist area - parking available which is a plus when in a capital city. Would stay there again.

We had a great time in Hobart. The hotel is in a very good central position to the dock, Battery Point and Salamanca Place. The staff were very friendly and extremely happy for us to leave our baggage at reception on arrival and departure.

The room is of reasonable size. Good for a small family of 2 adults and 1 (or 2) child. The housekeeping department needs to ensure that the room is clean before the guests arrive. We found peanuts behind the door in the toilet and there were ants in the bathtub and sink. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. However, if you stay on the 3rd floor near the washer and dryer, make sure that you stay away as it can be quite noisy. Will stay again if we are there.
