I have traveled the country and have stayed at many, many hotels, some good some bad. We were attending a venue in Detroit at the Fox Theater and got this hotel through their website, as hotels in the area so we thought were were safe. This was so far from the truth, this hotel, by far, is the worst hotel I have ever been in and the final straw was the porn pin up photo shoot that was going on and viewed through the lobby. It was disgusting and demoralizing. I would rather sleep in my car than stay in this hotel, just one look at the room and the bed was enough to make any sane person sick. I know that there was also drugs in the lobby because you could smell it as soon as the door on the lower floor was opened and you stood inside the building. Yet there was a no smoking sign on the counter in the lobby, go figure.
