Leisure-Lee Holiday Apartments are positioned in East Ballina over looking the famous North Wall in Ballina, on the north coast of New South Wales, Australia.
Apartments are fully self contained, quiet, comfortable, upstairs or downstairs and available nightly or weekly. The modern kitchens are complete with microwave oven, electric kettle, conventional stove/oven fitted with range hood, refrigerator, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc, tea towels. Bedrooms are furnished with high quality beds, linen, electric blankets, bath towels & toiletries. There is also a guest laundry for your convenience. The Lounge area has a 51 cm remote TV, direct-dial phones/modem access, DVD Player, Stereo System, Cots, high chairs, baby bath, office services and courtesy transfers from airport and coach terminals are available on request. A guest BBQ and picnic tables are provided in the grounds for you to enjoy outdoor dining.
Apartment views are staggering from both the front and back. Situated on a high point in East Ballina catching every summer breeze, yet is warmed by the sea in winter. The water and tidal sand flats, below Leisure-Lee are a playground for adults and children, ideal for swimming, yabbying, fishing, wind surfing, water skiing and kite flying.
Opposite is North Wall, a wonderful cycle/walkway where you can watch the whales and dolphins at play. How about dining across the road at the Shaws Bay Hotel with waterfront dining, or Sandbar Seafood Restaurant just around the corner. A leisurely stroll will get you to the centre of Ballina.

By road from North - turn right at first roundabout and proceed down Kerr St (Pacific Highway) past Ballina Fair Shopping Centre staight through the next roundabout until you come to Bentinck St. on your left (approx 300m past roundabout) where you will see a sign to "East Ballina" Turn left into Bentinck St and proceed approx 1.8km East through 3 more roundabouts. Turn left at the 4th roundabout and proceed over the Missingham Bridge. Approximately 250m past the end of the Bridge turn left into Park St. Easton Place comes off Park St about 50m after turning.We are No.6 Easton Place
By road from South - proceed east down the Pacific Highway about 2.3km past the Big Prawn where the Highway goes a sharp left at a roundabout. You are now going north. About 0.7km past the roundabout you come to Bentinck St. on your Right (look for sign "East Ballina") Turn Right into Bentinck St and proceed approx 1.8km East through 3 more roundabouts. Turn left at the 4th roundabout and proceed over the Missingham Bridge. Approximately 250m past the end of the Bridge turn left into Park St. Easton Place comes off Park St about 50m after turning.
