The Leisure Waterfront Lodge Hotel Hobart is located beside the Derwent River and overlooks the marina at Newtown Bay. The location is very out of the way since it is found on the banks of the river. However, it is just a few meters away from the main highway that leads into the CBD of Hobart

The hotel is found at 153 Risdon Road, near restaurants like the Cornelian Bay Boathouse and about 15 minutes away from Mount Wellington.

What are your breakfast options?: We offer a Continental breakfast (do-it-yourself bread and cereal pack) for $7. There is a supermarket/cafe about 2 minutes’ drive and Salamanca Place is only 5 minutes’ (approximately) drive.
What transport is available to get around?: There is a public bus service that runs into Hobart CBD. The bus stop is a few minutes' walk away. During the week it comes past every hour and every two hours on the weekends. Once you are in Hobart there are plenty of other buses to catch to get to various places.
What can I do nearby?: At the Lodge, we have an outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area available to all guests. Hobart CBD is only a 5 minute drive from where we are. Also the Cadbury Chocolate Factory is just 20 minutes away.
Do you have internet?: Yes, we have wireless internet in our rooms: $7.50 for 1 hour, $12.95 for 2 hours. Prices vary depending on length of time purchased.
Do you provide parking?: We have (limited) free off-street parking here.
