All areas were extremely clean. There wasn't anything I did not like. This hotel is in a popular resort area and the design is spectacularly suited to being on the lake. The rooms at the lodge are spacious and open to the outside. All areas are well cleaned and the staff is welcoming.

Driving out to the Islands in hopes of finding a quality setting was such a disappointment. After paying the 8 gate fee and driving back to the scenic setting, I was very disappointed to find the boarded up entry, the temporary front desk complete with a draped backdrop, cold coffee, and unstable walkway into the facility. Warning to all...wait for the construction to be completed before driving out to the "resort" and considering a visit.

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Services were great. Construction all around. Loved the room. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

This was one of the prettiest meeting places our company has ever been. Beautiful new guestrooms with balconies that show off the lake.

My major gripe is the cost for the quility of the rooms. I travel a lot and the rooms are very over priced even with a discount.
