The room was vey clean and updated. The only problem was the bathroom door would not close properly. The grounds could use some sprucing up. The staff was friendly

I travel and stay in motels approximately 150 days per year. This place was by far the most beat up, poorly run, and unfriendly place I've stayed in during the past three years. No matter how much appeal there may be to stay here as part of a package deal (flight/car/motel) for Orlando, avoid the Legacy Grand at all costs. If all other rooms in Orlando are full and you're left with the choice of staying at the Lagacy Grand or sleeping in your car, opt for the car.

the hotel had a good location, the staff was friendly for the most part. the room i had needed to be fixed up a little. such as paint job, new toilet flusher, shower drain, and the shower head was horrible. i didn't like the fact that the free shuttles had certain times they left the hotel and returned. other then that the hotel was great.

We had reservation 1 month ahead 2 adults plus 5 years old daughter. They put as in the smokers room, with we do not wont it. And was freshly painted, with very strong paint smell and light was not working properly. Finely on the 3rd day we move to different room full with roaches. Then on the 6th day we were happily returning home from Legacy Grand Hotel.

I had to fly down to Florida for a funeral. The Legacy Grand Hotel worked out for an overnight stay before departing to the Orlando Airport in the morning, however the room and complex was a bit shop worn....like frayed old pair of jeans. There were no amenities to speak of besides the pool. The electrical circuitry was odd...when you turned on the light switch it cut out the clock and lamps and would not go back on for a while. I did get a good price for the room, but you do get what you pay for.

The hotel was not grand at all. We did not stay in our room much so it worked out for us. Not recommended if you expect the room to get cleaned. New sheets and towels were about all we got. We got a really good deal on tickets to Islands of Adventure, by doing the Orange lake tour. BUT- they lied to us and told us they would also shuttle us to the parks and turns out they do not. ALSO- it is a 3-31/2 hour tour, NOT 1 1/2 hour tour like they told us as we were signing up. The sales people are doing thier job at Orange lake, but very pushy and it could be easy for some to fall to thier scams. Really, who wants to put down a $10,000 down payment and have $700 monthly payments when you get home from vacation? The hotel worked for us. There is a pool, but nothing grand about it either. I guess I could say the AC worked great.

The experience was disappointing. I arrived late at night. The room wasn't cleaned, the waste baskets weren't emptied, there were no bathtowels in the room and the soap left on the sink had hair embedded in it. a cockroach was scampering around on the floor during the evening and the next morning. I called and noted all these things in the morning. By the end of the day some, but not all, of the items were addressed.

THIS WAS A PRETTY CHEAP PLACE..... AND WELL YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.... THE WOMAN WHO CHECKED ME IN WAS UNFREINDLY AS IF I WAS DISTURBING HER. THE ROOM SMELT LIKE AN ASH TRAY, THERE WERE NO BULB IN ANY OF THE LAMPS AND THE PAINT IN THE TUB WAS PEELING!!! WONT EVERY GO THERE AGAIN. AND FOR THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE THEY CHARGE AN EXTRA $3 AND CHANGE PER NIGHT AS A RESORT FEE. i WAS LIKE RESORT, IT SHOULD BE A MOTEL!!!!!!

This hotel was in a great location. The staff wasn't really friendly but they were nice enough to let us have a late checkout (3pm). The housekeepping staff did not speak English so when I said "not right now, come back in 10 minutes", she never came back! The grounds were not too clean, there was a lot of liter around. The pool was clean, but you had to ask for towel at the front desk. I also hated not having internet access in my room, you had to sit in the lobby. This was a cheap hotel and that is what I was looking for, so that's what I got. Nothing special here.

The hotel was horrible, walked into the lobby to check in and it stunk like must and mold. Then got our first room, was dirty stuff all over the floors and the the bathroom toilet was cracked and leaking all over, along with what looked like mold around the bath tub. Our second room wasn't much better floor was dirty, looked like sticky patches of syrup on the floor. Bathroom was clean in this one, but the beds were all sunk in. And the door did not lock you didnt need the door key card you could just push it right open. The room service people who cleaned the rooms were ok for the most part, would help if they understood English. The pictures of this place look nice but when you get there you will have a huge shock at how good pics make a place look! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. There are hotels all over the place on this road, find a different place!!!

Our stay consisted of going to Disney World everyday from 8am till 6pm. Our stay would have been more enjoyable if there were friendly and more helpful staff, internet in the room instead of only in the lobbly.

The hotel was in a nice location, but we were first timers too the hotel stay. Could have offered food service and the smoking rooms were smelly and needed to be cleaned better. Bathrooms were small and the cable advertised was false, t.v got six channels and only 2 of them worked. No internet service in the room either. The front desk people were lovely and so was housekeeping. Mircowave needed cleaning and some air freshner would have been nice. The hotel should have offered bus service to the parks at no additional cost.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was in need of some home improvments. It was what it was for the price.

The hotel was clean. The staff was nice. They took care of any little thing that we ask for. I have to give the hotel four stars.
