Very friendly. Rooms could have been cleaner, garbage can weren't emptied. It was okay! I've stayed in better. It served its purpose.

Very friendly staff, beautiful lobby, breakfast/dining area with fireplace, cozy & homey, very clean and bright. It truly IS the best breakfast around and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Rates are great, rooms clean and comfortable. Only negative is the rooms could use a little updating, but other than that, was a very positive experience!

the room was standard and at a good price for what we needed if for. it was for 1 night. i was disappointed that the hot tub did not work while we were there. the staff was very friendly during check in and also accomadating with a late check out the next morning.

Aplace to sleep. Smokey room, the lady that ran breakfast was hateful looking and rude. Iwould not stay there again because of whatI wrote about whatI disliked about hotel.

I travel with my family to see my husband (because of his job) in many states across the U.S. and can say this is one of the nicest and greatest places to stay. Very friendly staff and mini store with food and personal hygiene products available. The hot breakfast buffet is everyday of the week and is everything you could imagine and yes, it is free to hotel guests. Also, you may bring your pets--they are a pet friendly hotel! All in all, the hotel was fine. We enjoyed our stay but the desk agents, both at check in and check out, were not very polite or friendly. They both acted like they were being bothered by our need for their assistance. The hotel was very nice and clean.

I have stayed at three hotels in Richmond, this one is the best of all of them. I understand they are remodeling. I have already make reservations for Graduation in May in a remodeled room.

Pool, breakfast, and bed were very good. Parts of the room were not as clean as I expected them. The lobby area and dining area were nicer than the room.

Three of us stayed in this hotel 2 non-consecutive nights. A right at the top of the stairs, very nice room!; a left, not so nice.I am not an overly picky person but the difference between two rooms of the same price/type was surprising: from the spreads to the chipped bathrom sink.Although for the price I would still recommend this hotel.

Morning breakfast was hot. Not enough towels for the room. Room had 2 towels and you know women need more for hair and stuff like that. Did get swimming towels. No TV channels to pick, I think there were only 10 channels to watch.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The only thing I didn't like was the smoke smell that permeated the hotel. Great location, friendly staff, clean and hospitable.

It was close to some family restaurant. Not much to do in town. The hotel was very helpful. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was hot every morning. It is perfect for short stays. Thanks.

Convenient to everything I needed to do. Hallways smelled smoky. This was my second stay at Lee's Inn in Richmond. The hotel staff is always pleasant and helpful, the rooms are always clean, and I like its central location.

Pet friendly, luxurious, excellent breakfast, clean rooms. I was pleasently surprised at the classyness of this hotel. The wide stairs to the second floor really impressed the romantic mood. The room was clean and the air conditioner didn't waste any time cooling the room down to the 65 degrees I prefer. The pet friendliness of the hotel is extraordinary. I will stay here every time I travel through. Absolutely no complaints!

Nothing. NA. The accommodations were less than satisfactory. As stated above: the door key did not function well, the TV had poor color, there were cracks in the ceiling from prior water leakage, the sink in the bathroom was cracked and the air conditioner had an odor when operating. I will not choose to stay in that hotel again. The Holiday Inn surpasses this hotel, and it is only a 2 1/2 star hotel.
