Nice new and clean. Not enough towels. The person at the desk was not cheerful or happy also no parking for pick-up and long trailer.

My first time at this chain, and I was extremely pleased. The room was spacious and included all the amenities. A sumptuous hot breakfast was included in the extremely reasonable price. The desk staff persons were extremely courteous and helpful (one even running to his van to get an umbrella for us when it was pouring rain as we needed to get to our car!). The only lack that would have been helpful was an that there was no elevator and we were on the second floor. I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast. Cold shower & only one bed (I didn't get help when I asked.). This hotel looks good on the outside but needs remodeled in the rooms. Everyone at breakfast was talking about their cold shower. I didn't find the desk people very helpful. They only thing good was the breakfast.

For one night and at the price it was bearable but only because of the great breakfast - which had eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, waffles, hash browns, several juices, cereal, bagels, etc. - 41 items - nice choice, plenty of tables and friendly staff. Now for the bad: The room keys didn't work on the back door or the room door. The shower curtain was disgusting - black with mold, mildew and/or dirt. The sink was scratched and dirty looking. No place to put your suitcase except on top of the dresser-a luggage rack in the closet would have been nice.A/C didn't work very well in the executive suite, especially in the sitting area, never really cooled off. The worst was the bed - hard mattress, uncomfortable pillow, low quality stuff especially the "blanket" which felt like some type of thin foam - creepy feeling. Furniture was old and showing wear and stains. The room was rather dark and dreary. Corridor carpet had big bleach looking stains in several spots. Didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked nice. I did use the fitness room which was standard. Also used their laundry facilities which were next to the fitness room. Machines worked well and the room was clean, with a TV to watch while you waited. This facility needs serious updating and rennovating.

The breakfast is terrific! Parking lot a little bumpy. This is one of my favorites without a pool.

the hotel lobby was nice but the room had a couch with stains and the bath room was not complete no soap and shampoo

Staff was friendly. Room we reserved was given to someone else. Room needs to be updated. Lees Inn in Anderson, Indiana was a premier hotel in its day. It has begun to deteriorate and needs general remodeling to keep it at an upscale level. The staff are personable and try to be accommodating.

What a great hotel. The breakfast was over the top. The staff helped me with all my needs and always had a smile on their face. Way to go Lees Inn!!! Kudos ~ we will always look for Lees inn when in the area.

Location was great. Carpets & furnishings extremely dirty, room smelled bad. In my first room the TV did not get good reception. They happily relocated me to another room. Both rooms had extremely soiled furniture~ to the extent that you did not want to sit on it or touch it. The second room smelled of smoke. This hotel would improve tremendously if they cleaned upholstery & carpets or got new furniture.

I was passing through Indiana and decided to stop in Anderson. I was very pleased with the FREE HOT Breakfast. The staff went out of their way to make me as comfortable and at home as possible. I would highly recomend Lees Inn & Suites to friends and family. Too bad there are not more Lees Inn's in other states. Thanks for the great stay.

Location off I-69. Room smells and felt dirty. The hotel when approaching was good. However, our room was to be a non-smoking room, it had the smell of smoke; the sink was very slow to drain, the room felt dirty. Not a comfortable room. We won't stay there again. Disappointed in our rooms cleanliness.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Shower and tub were terrible. No water pressure from portable shower had that was affixed. Tub drain plugged. Need to make sure that bathroom fixtures work correctly since this is one critical area for travelers to use. As for the cleanliness, location, and staff, we were more than happy with all.

Neat! Vending machines only close to the front desk. Nice and clean, I'd recommend for travelers on a budget.

Our room was a smoking room, no other room available. It reeked of smoke. everything in our suitcase had to be washed. Facilities looked okay, but the smoke was overwhelming as soon as the room door was opened. I know it was a smoking room, but it seems like the hotel could do a better job with ventilation or more frequent cleaning of carpet, curtains, bed comforters. It reeked.

Location, Breakfast Bar. Furniture was dirty, carpet had unsafe ripples in it. OK stay, nice place, but needs some cleaning or replacing of furniture. Lobby was very nice; breakfast bar was outstanding. Nice atmosphere.

Great deal, solid breakfast. Front desk unattended at times but that wasn't really a big problem. Clean rooms, great value, friendly staff...no complaints.

Breakfast buffet was great. No elevator to second floor. Great breakfast buffet. Kids were disappointed by no pool at location.
