The room was very large. It was very quiet despite being close to a staircase...which initially concerned me. I travel a lot and I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Breakfast selections were excellent. Noise level in the room in which I stayed was fair. This hotel is a fair value for the money. I stayed in a room just above the lobby and could hear staff members talking in the middle of the night.

The staff & service get a 10 !! House keeping was great !! Ther breakfast was wonderful!!!! The bed were very comfortable.! Pool was also very nice ( hot tub)!! I feel it was a great value . The only complate that I have is that they need to address the air conditioners in the rooms. They are dirty and need to be cleaned . Poor air quality!!!! ( O )

I booked a non-smoking room but was told only thing available was smoking. The clerk told me just because I reserved a non-smoking room, doesn't mean that's what I will get. I had to take the smoking room because it was so late and my family was tired. The room reeked. The furniture was actually in disrepair, the lamps either broken, yellowed and stained, or chipped. The dresser drawer didn't even fit into the dresser itself. The carpet looked new but the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. It was horrible. It was 20 degrees outside and the room didn't have the heat on so it took about an hour for the room to warm up. The breakfast was ok though the eggs had a lot of water at the bottom of the pan. The sausage was gray and looked like it wasn't cooked. I opted for something safe-toast. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

We were very satisifed with our stay. We enjoyed quite evenings while in our room, the buffet had many choices, and the staff were all very nice and helpful. The food, however, was on the cool side the 3 days we ate there, but it was tasty. We ate around 9 2 days and 6:30 am. on the last day and it was still cool temp. We would stay again if in the area. We were able to shop near by and friends we visited with 10 minutes away. What area to walk around for early morning exercise.

We loved the location. We also liked that the room had a couch. The breakfast could have been a little tastier. Overall it met our expectations and enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

We traveled from tghe Tampa area to Muncie for a college graduation. we picked this hotel from a list online because of the area close to Ball State. To our surprize it was an excellent choice the front desk was very friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and bent overr backwards to make sure our family was comfortable and every thing was the way we needed. We willl definatly stay here again. Wec got alot more than we paid for.

Only stayed one night, but it was great.

The lobby and complimentary breakfast was awesome. The rooms needed maintenance. Mattress was bad, lamp broken, wi-fi minimal. I do not expect much from any hotel located so near a college campus. This hotel was well-worn. The room needed maintenance and the king bed mattress was bad. The couch was not good at all. The lobby was beautiful as was the dining/breakfast area. The complementary breakfast buffet was very good with eggs, sausage, and many other items.

All hotel staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast is included with room, which was good. The lobby was decorated nicely for Christmas. Nice touch was the spicey fragrance in the lobby area, made it seem more like home. I do think that the rooms are due for an update, paint around door frame chipped. The reason for staying in Muncie was to meet my sister who lives in Northern Ohio and we live in Decatur, IL.

Not that the lobby area is extremely nice, but I felt it looked a lot nicer than what the rooms actually did. When I got to the hotel, they did let me check in early - which is always nice. Also, I decided to upgrade my room to a room that had a jacuzzi tub for only $20 plus tax. The room was a good size and the tub was large, but there were small cracks in the bottom. Also in the room, some of the wallpaper was peeling off. Luckily we were on the first floor, but there is no elevator. That's not too much of a problem unless you are one to overpack/are bringing a lot of things to the room. The pool with hot tub was very nice and very clean! It would be great for children. The hot breakfast was also very nice.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The breakfast served was good. I stayed in the same room as I did on a previous trip and the security lock on the door to the room was still broken off. Clean, spacious rooms, nourishing breakfasts served daily. Attentive staff, really made me feel at home, restaurants close by.

Lee's Inn is located near several similarly-priced discount motel chains in Muncie. Of the three I've stayed at, Lee's Inn is the only one I will not return to. It costs slightly more since it provide "affordable luxury." That may have been true 30 years ago, when the hotel seems to have been built and last decorated or cleaned. Some of the non-luxurious aspects during the five day I was there: 1) On vacations, I usually sleep in and don't leave the room until after 10 AM. This apparently interfered with the cleaning staff, who one morning just left a bag with clean towels at my door, and never came back to clean up the room or turn down the beds all day. 2) They use keycards for the room. Even though the room was prepaid for five days, every night I was locked out because my keycard was deactivated and I had to get the front desk to reactivate my card. 3) There is a sign on the back door reminding patrons to make sure it's securely closed. This is hard to achieve because the back door would not close properly, so even though it was locked, it could be pried open with little effort. 4) The free "high speed internet" is via a wifi connection that is spotty and offers only intermittent service. I literally had to balance my laptop on the edge of the bed and adjust it just right in order to get any service; and even this would cut out every few minutes. The common area of the hotel had no wifi service at all. 5) I'm still trying to determine the origin of the mysterious dents in the room doors. Overall, I'd choose Lee's nearby competitors any day.

We were there visiting Ball State Univeristy on a very hot summer day and the room was so refreshing when we arrived. The breakfast was great.

I needed a place to stay at the last minute and many hotels in the area are pricey. However, if you go to the Leesinn.com website, you can find AMAZING bargains. I got a * room for only *! The hotel has a very clean and relaxing indoor pool and hottub and in general, the hotel is really clean and well maintained. There is a full free hot breakfast in the morning that is a great way to start your day. I would definately recommend this place to everyone and will be staying there the next time I am in Munice.

The lobby and breakfast area were decorated in a calming and inviting way. There was not a private full bath room (vanity in side the room, instead of bathroom). The lobby was decorated nicely and the furniture was comfortable for waiting. The breakfast area was very nice and soothing, with the breakfast selection of many choices. The room itself was fine but the toilet in the bathroom was coming off the floor, and moved quite a bit.

Breakfast was awesome. The room smelled awful, like a dog had been there. Staff was friendly, pool was beautiful, breakfast was great, room smelled awful, like an animal had been there. Couldn't get rid of the smell, despite using Lysol.
