nice place to stay. great breakfast

Very clean. Pool was freezing. We really enjoyed our stay. Some of the front desk staff was not so friendly as we would expect. The pool was ice cold, but still enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay and found it family friendly. We would go again and found it worth what we paid.

I usually stay in Hampton Inn-level hotels, so I was not expecting much. The room we got was clean, but the TV remote had no batteries (replaced at the front desk). I never touched the free breakfast because they serve it from 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM (sharp), and I figured that I was not missing much by sleeping in (Cracker Barrel and IHOP nearby). Keep one thing in mind when you reserve here: there is --> NO <-- elevator, just stairs in this 2-storey hotel. We had a room on the 2nd floor and had to drag our suitcases up the stairs. If you have mobility issues, insist on a first floor room. They have signs at the stair advising you not to run in the halls and jump on the stairs (I assume it was a quiet issue). At the time of our visit, many contractors were using it as their hotel of choice (at night the parking lot was like a dually pick-up truck dealership). The hotel is also pet-friendly and many people had small dogs. If this is a concern, this may not be the hotel for you. Overall, it is a quiet hotel (interior corridors) and relatively well-maintained. I hope that other Lees Inns are better quality than this one. I will not do business this hotel again unless there are no other options.

The breakfast. Over flowing toilet, had to relocate rooms. It was OK. I use Priceline all of the time, hotels are usually better.

The rooms were clean. Seating area in rooms is great. Really satisfied with everything. Breakfast should be served until 10am. Outside of hotel could look better. Would definitely stay again. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and the service. Very much reached our expectations. Needs re-painted and touched up. Inside was very nice. I think the outside could hurt your business. The other hotels close by look better at first sight.

The hot breakfast was fantastic and well-stocked. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. This was an exceptional hotel. Everyone was very friendly and the service was great.

I have had great experiences here before, but I will no longer stay @ Lees Inn. Front staff and housekeeping were unfriendly, and less than helpful. Hot tub was cold, and staff dismissed it with ""sorry, gonna have to wait until Monday.""

It was the best hotel we have stayed in for the money. There was nothing not to like, loved the hotel. Iwould give it a A plus. We will always stay in this hotel when in Fort Wayne. We have been to several weddings. Will highly recommend this motel for future family events.

Pool area and breakfast offering were both excellent. Door of our room did not want to close very easily but not a big deal. Staff was very friendly and the pool & jacuzzi were very relaxing and well kept. We were only there overnight but my grand daughter wanted to stay because she had so much fun and loved the breakfast buffet.

Good location, fair price, clean nice room. This hotel was a bit tricky to find at first, it is near other hotels, and their signs are more prominantly displayed than this one's. Once I checked in I found everything to be very fine. The staff were professional and efficient. The location is safe, within walking distance of some places to eat and have a drink. Good parking, close to the interstate. The room was like one would expect. Not fancy, but clean and very functional. It has the basic hotel features, free WiFi, cable TV, vending machines, plus a breakfast buffet and fitness center and pool. I didn't eat breakfast there or use the fitness center or pool. It was great for me on this trip and I have no complaints.

Nothing. It would take way more than 20 words! Pets stay there and room was dirty, I'm surprised there was a used bar of soap in my room. This place needs serious updating!
