Pleasant staff. Tricky shower controls. Nice continental breakfast. Clean.

Good parking. We asked for a handicapped room, bathtub/shower was not. We stayed there for a wedding we were attending, the room was for handicapped that we asked for, but the bathtub floor was worn and I couldn't stand up to take a shower. My husband could but I fall a lot and it was terrible for me.

This hotel has fallen behind the times. There is no internet available and the wall unit air conditioners are loud and don't maintain a constant temperature.

Management was quick and courteous in responding to our ant complaint. Ants in our first room and overall shabbiness. Over-rated.

The Lees Inn was very accomodating, we had to check in early because of an appointment we had. They had their housekeeping clean our room immediately. The room was very roomy with a sitting area. We had a good stay.

Security and staff. Beds were horrible. Parking lot not maintained in bad weather. I would stay here again ifI had to.

Convenient location. Condition of room appeared clean, but upkeep was not good. Bathroom had paint peeling from door, mattress box springs were torn and showing, room was so cold, could not regulate, so had to sleep with heater fan on. Could feel wires through mattress, dressers had water type stains in each drawer.

The room was spacious. The lobby area was stuffy. This is a good place to stay if you are looking for a place to sleep, it has all the basic amenities and is close to the interstate.

Conveniently located. It wasn't well stocked with items that should have been there. The room smelled a little strange. There was a coffee pot but no cups. No ice bucket. Coffee pot was never emptied and cleaned and no cups or coffee and supplies were ever brought on the consecutive days that we stayed. The staff was friendly, though. I probably would pay more to stay at a different hotel in the area.

It was cheap and conveniently located off the interstate. The shower pressure was good and they had breakfast. Construction going on, the front door wouldn't shut completely and the whole place had a slight odor. There was construction going on and the place was disorganized. It had a slight odor like mildew and cigarette smoke. The room was clean enough, but the bed was not comfortable plus they only provided you with a single sheet to cover with underneath a 1970's looking bed spread that smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The walk way and parking lot should have been shoveled better and salt put down because it was all ice- I fell on my arise on the way to my car! This place can be compared to Dollar Inn with a breakfast in the morning.

Free breakfast. Small counter area around sink. It was fine until the smoke alarms went off and the fire department came.

There was one front desk employee, contest that did what she could to help us out. Dusty, old, rundown, wallpaper peeling from walls, dirty floors, smells bad. I was not at all happy with my stay in this hotel. One of the rooms smelled so awful when you walked in, all you could do was turn around and walk right out. Staff was nice enough to go out of her way to try and find another room that was decent, but the rest of my family was unable to stay in this hotel due to the dust, mold, and mildew so the room went empty. The room I stayed in looked as though it had not been deep cleaned for years. There was dust and debris builds up in the corners and around the beds. The carpet was coming up in several places. All the wallpaper was peeling and dirty. The shower curtain had mildew on it. The linens seemed clean and the sink and bathroom area seemed to be fairly clean. Maybe if they opened up the windows and aired out the rooms once in a while that would help, but I'm not so sure that would cure this hotel.

Quiet place to stay, back off of the main highway. Their sign could have been more visible, almost missed it. Very nice place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. Very good continental breakfast, internet service also.

I liked the location and the room was very nice. The mattress was hard. The room was very nice for what I paid and it is in close proximity to a variety of restaurants.

Nothing. Worst experience ever; had to stay in a smoking room. Not much at all. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. They ran out of non-smoking rooms; threw me into a smoking room. The staff was about as discourteous as ever; left the next day with one massive headache due to the cigarette smoke. Flatly speaking, this place was not a 2 star it was a dump!
Date of Stay:

Nothing except the location. Mold in the coffee pot and water tank. Shower did not work. Smell in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are willing to put up with strange smells, mold in their coffee pots and showers that do not work.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was large and fairly comfortable. Our clothes were smoky smelling when we left although we do not smoke. The hotel was convenient to the highway and other areas of town where we were visiting. The staff was friendly but not always readily available.

The desk clerk was very helpful; helping in finding our way around town. Nice, clean motel with good staff.

Location, friendly check in staff. Dated and dirty rooms. Two words can describe the Lees Inn in Greensburg: Dated and Dirty. From the 13" combo TV/Clock/Radio to peeling wallpaper and mold in the shower, this hotel is in need of a major renovation.
Date of Stay:
May, 2007
Location. Dated rooms. This is not a 2 star hotel. The rooms are very dated - wallpaper is peeling off walls, evidence of mold on the bathroom wallpaper, very dirty carpets, TV's where the volume control does not work, old fashioned key entry into the rooms. High speed internet is advertised on a sign on the building, but the signal strength is very poor. The smell of cigarette smoke wafts through the hallways. I was unable to connect. On the positive side, the staff is quite friendly and tries to be accommodating.
