The hotel is within walking distance of the Kuwait Towers and public beaches, steps away from most of the international chain restaurants, which are located on the seafront opposite to the hotel. Banking district, Ministry Complex and the shopping centres are located 5 minutes away.

Facilities include health club with sauna, and function space for banquet, events meetings and seminars. This is a very pleasant hotel located close to the Kuwait Towers. RD05/08.
