Great Hotel. Staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were great. I would definately stay here again. It wasn't directly on the beach, but I didn't mind the short walk. Great for a relaxing weekend, if you just want to walk around Santa Monica

Staff was great; restaurant was superb with great pianist on weekend; across the street from great beach; Santa Monica pier down the street. We should have called the spa ahead of time to book a message. We were looking for a high-class. Lovely hotel with great service, with an excellent restaurant and near the beach. We found it all!

there are plenty of other hotels for 300/night in southern california with a little more ambiance. This is a cross between business/resort and it's not really great at either. Location is less desirable if you are here for the beach (pool is small) and business it's crowded and congested with slow valet service. Try the Holiday Inn (seriously for the money it's better).

The staff at Le Merigot were absolutely amazing! Each time we walked through the lobby we were offered complimentary beverages, tips on where to go for the day, and very friendly greetings. The room was one of the largest and nicest hotel rooms that I have ever stayed in, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would recommend Le Merigot to anyone traveling to Santa Monica!

Great service, nice hotel. But, it is not right on the beach like some of the other **** hotels, thus it is bit pricey. Big miss is the lack of a pool-side jacuzzi!!

I love this hotel so much. The beds are unbelieveable, you will want to buy your own. Upon entering the hotel you immediatly feel pampered. The whole hotel is as spectacular as the lobby. The location is great as it is only steps to the ocean and santa monica pier. The 3rd street promenade is a haul but it is walkable.

Nice hotel, good price quality ratio, compared to other hotels in the Region (Shutters on the Beach, Loews). Very close by the beach and the city center. Easy walks to Santa Monica and along the beach to Venice.

The facility was lovely and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just o.k. The muffins were dry but juice was fresh squeezed and service was quick. Our beds were very comfortable and the room was furnished nicely and very clean. We enjoyed the property and would stay again.
