Staff are very pleasant and friendly, rooms are comfortable, food is great and the spa is good value.

It was great. This hotel is located a little bit far from Ubud, Kuta, and Jimbaran, however, it does not matter at all. It doesn't take a long time to get there. The golf courses are great, and the services are also great. I also recommend the seafood buffet(2 times a week, dinner).

Good for families with young children. The toys at the children's club needs a bit of cleaning and updating. But children are generally not fussy so it's ok. Spa is expensive and the massage is only of average quality.
