I stay in this hotel for a long time more than 10 room nights and they give me a very bad room that the room I booked Online is Club Room and When I complained reception did not bother with the problems of and The cleanliness of the bathroom and room was not up to Does not change sheets and towels only when related to the affairs of the rooms, but the negative things are positive Distinguished Service at the buffet breakfast and Concierge service and a very Distinguished in terms of location .

This was a chance for me to see my soul mate for the first time in 12 years. The room was small but incredible. It was right smack in the heart of London, all night long the streets were alive, we just sat at our window most of the night and just enjoyed the city. It was magical.

Location. Cold water ran very hot for a minimum of 30 seconds every time you used it. Long waits for elevators, tired out rooms and facilities - great location - not worthy of four stars unless they fix the plumbing - our room was spacious - supposedly an upgrade but as mentioned above the cold water took an age to come on which ruined my wife's shower on the second morning when we were up very early to go to the airport - the situation with the shower improved by the time I showered 20 minutes later.

The service, staff and room accomodation were all excellent. The room had the euro shower with 5 shower heads and the bed was very comforatble. I had to search for the hair dryer which was attached to an inside drawer in the desk and this was a bit inconvenient. Beng an American, I was taken aback by some of the prices in the bar and lounge, but the dollar is weak so its probably not that unreasonable compared to some top of the line American hotels.

we liked being so close to the action, without hearing it when in our room. The rooms aren't huge, and the internet use is too expensive, and 2 of the 3 elevators weren't working. other than that, it's a great hotel

The location of this hotel is fabulous! The staff at the hotel was also very accommodating. The rooms at this hotel are extremely worn. There is mold in the bathroom and the carpets were very dirty. The location of this hotel is wonderful. The tube is just a quick walk away. While the majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful, we had problems in obtaining assistance / recommendations from the concierge. We had requested dinner reservations in the morning before leaving the hotel, when we got back to our room in the afternoon we did not have a message back from anyone, and I had to place a follow up call. After the follow up, we requested a different time for the reservation, and then never heard anything back. The rooms at this hotel are extremely worn. There is mold in the bathtub, and the carpets are very dirty. The bedding was average. Overall, I was pleased with this hotel; however I would not consider this to be a luxury hotel based on the condition of the rooms.

Location. Worn carpets, trashy lobby decor, staff had poor English. The location was excellent; however the hotel was at best a 3 star, when we expected 5 stars. Carpets and furnishings were poorly worn. Internet fee was outrageous! $40.00 per 24 hour period is theft. The construction next door disrupted our sleep. They started jack-hammering early in the morning. We changed hotels after three miserable nights.

Location. The rooms. Great location! Old dirty motel room with 6.5' ceilings. Only two guest floors of this hotel have been renovated. We had to pay extra at the hotel to upgrade to a basic renovated room. It was shameful. Don't even consider staying at this property. It is a 2.5 star property at best.

Location was fantastic! Room was in serious need of rehab; location was noisy and room was not soundproofed very well. The hotel was, overall, a nice place. Our room specifically was a pretty good size - we had a corner room on the 6th floor, which gave us a little extra space over some of the other rooms. The room, though, was of serious need of a rehab. The bedding was old and frayed, and the room generally looked old and worn. The mattress was pretty old too. The location was close to everything, which was great. This came with the price of it being a very noisy area, and the old building had little soundproofing. We didn't take advantage of the health club, which by all accounts is fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a decent place to stay, though probably doesn't deserve a 5 star rating.

The location was he health club was also good. For a 5 stars rated, the service was not 5 stars. Bathroom amenities were not what you would expect of a 5 stars hotel. This hotel had a great location, but overall it is 4 stars not 5.

The pool and spa area are very nice. The furniture had tears in it, cloth headboard looked dirty and bedding was dated. The service was great. The location could not be beat. The rooms need to be updated, but they were definitely clean.

Location is terrific, bedding good quality, windows open. Ridiculous 15 GBP charge for internet use, room 'busy' with furniture (a twin, which we took for early availability) Hard to like a hotel that nickels and dimes its customers by asking for an additional 15 GBP for internet use. On the other hand, we hardly used the room and it was perfectly cleaned, well-located and the windows opened for fresh air. Kind staff accommodated our early check-in with a twin room, cluttered feel but ok overall.

Best location in London. Rooms are a bit smaller compared to hotels. We were 100 ft from Piccadilly subway station. This hotel is in the best location in London. We went to 4 different shows and able to walk to all of them. We were within walking distance from big been, abbey, Buckingham palace, and fantastic shopping.

Location. The room to which I was upgraded was large and reasonably well-appointed but the chairs and upholstery were badly frayed. There was no place to plug in a computer without removing a lamp, a circumstance which made no impression on the staff when reported. The cleaning was haphazard, omitting to line the bathroom wastebasket with the usual plastic bag or to properly resupply towels or fully make the bed with the bedspread in the daytime position.

Location. Old hotel, not maintained well by maid service, dirty carpets. The hotel was acceptable in the common areas. This hotel was at best a 3 star location, and this coming from 2 professionals that travel 80% of our time, and have definitely experienced 5 star service and accommodations.
