very grand old hotel, lovely service clean and tidy,what more could you ask for .. Sirocco restaurant (AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE!!) Excellent improvement.

Some very loud guests were crashing around about 2.30am. Also a lot of banging of doors in room nesxt to me very early in the morning. A shame nothing was done about this. Restaurant staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food excellent

Room was clean and tidy however the room was located above the kitchen and kitchen smells were very prevalent and quite unpleasent. It was also above a small coutyard which left the room open to alot of noise by people attending a conference.

Staff particularly helpful,in excellent location,undercover parking. Were upgarded to a suite which was vert spacious. Stanard rooms of normal hotel size.Breakfast only meal eaten in restuarant- very good.
