Very close to the Montparnasse Station and the Exhibition site of the Porte de Versailles, 10 mn from the center of Paris by the Subway (Alsia), from the Latin Quarter and the Champs-Elyses. 15 mn from the Airport of Orly by A6 and 20 mn of the airport Roissy Charles de Gaulle by the RER line. near from kept carpark, Shuttle Air France, Tram.

| Nice hotel, clean, safe and quiet area (though the hotel got noisy as guests were leaving early and rooms are not sound insulated), convenient access (off the peripherique), convenient metro stop (Alesia, on the Porte d'Orleans - Porte de Clignancourt line) to major Paris landmarks (Quartier Latin, Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou, Montmartre), rental bikes readily available on several nearby streets. Rooms were nice and everything was ready upon arrival.Terrible service, totally family unfriendly. Pushed a nearby parking garage whereas street parking in front of the hotel is free in August (they did not know). Pushed their breakfast repeatedly. Not friendly about providing information. Very confrontational when asked questions about the bill (we were not sure if we had been charged already through the reservation web site). Did not let us use the rest rooms after checking out when we came back to get our luggage. The front desk attendant told us we had nothing to complain about his attitude as he had "served in palaces." If you can be in and out, don't ask questions, no kids, no car, no online reservations, go for it. Make sure to have breakfast. |

| Hotel "familial" comme on aimerait en voir plus: Trés propre, décoration et équipements un peu désuets mais de qualité, calme, service attentionné. A recommander sans hésiter. |

| Very quiet area, but noisy building (phonic insulation between rooms). Beds too soft. But everything else was very good. |

| We loved this small hotel. We arrived exhausted from the trip, and were able to get into our room early. We had two rooms for our family, and we were all, down to the 5 year old, delighted with everything, especially the breakfast. |
