Large clean rooms. Very nice! Reserved 1st floor non-smoking, got 6th floor non-smoking. Excellent rooms, but they gave my 1st floor room away and I had to stay on the 6th floor.

I stayed at this hotel Easter weekend, 2009. The experience was generally positive. I liked the cleaniness and quality of the hotel and the room. They offer free wireless access, definitely a plus. The price was attractive. Two problems occurred. One of the reading lights in my room did not work. Both my friends and I needed to have our keys re-coded after the first night. Apparently, they were only coded for one night. The staff were helpful with this.

Hotel is not as close to Mall of America as they would have you think. Shuttle Service drivers were great and cordial. Restaurant overpriced. No refrigerator in room or other amenities. Would stay elsewhere next time.

We arrived very late (3am) after a long drive, but the staff had everything ready for us at the front desk, making it easy for us to get into our room and to sleep right away. I had read other reviews saying the beds were super comfortable, and they were 100% accurate. The room was about the size of a studio apartment, queen-size bed with separate sitting area. Modern furnishings, flat screen tv, coffee maker and hair dryer in room. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. Our favorites were the french toast with apples and blueberry pancakes. Coffee was tasty, and they offered us an additional take-away cup of coffee as we left, which was nice. The hotel was easy to find, and was about a 5 minute drive from the Mall of America. Very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The room size was great. I was surprised that there was no fridge in the room. Great hotel we enjoyed our stay and the fact that the pool was open 24 hours.

Neat. clean. Staff accomodating. Shuttle service to MOA.! Walking distance to reasonable restaurant. Small pool. No jacuzzi. Hotel was neat and clean. Staff were helpful with questions about area, or referring to several visitor guides available for tourists. More geared for overnight business people, airline staff, as pool was quite small, and no jacuzzi. Small lounge and restaurant available. Serviceable, but probably not for tourists wanting a family hotel experience. Shuttle service was good to have for airport, or mall of america trips.

From the friendly clerk at the desk to the ultra clean rooms. I loved the old world charm the hotel had and I felt very comfortable and safe. This is the only hotel I will go back to on a regular basis. I have no desire to go elsewhere.

I found a great deal on this hotel and knew I had to book it when I read other customer reviews. I even got free breakfast coupons for the hotel when I booked with Orbitz. There were a handful of positives for this hotel: The staff was very friendly Aveda products in the bathroom Flat screen TV Comfortable beds 5 pillows and an additional throw blanket Living room separate from bedroom area Bistro-style breakfast with decent prices and good selection However, there were two few small issues with the hotel: First being $50 charged to my card by the hotel in addition to what I paid Orbitz. I believe this was for "incidentals" that might have occurred. It disappeared the second day of our stay. Second, the elevator was very musty. I understand that this is only a short trip up or down, but when you are checking in and all excited to get to the room, walking into a musty elevator isn't appealing. Overall, I would (actually, I know I will) stay at this hotel again. With the deal I got on the room, plus the service and rooms better than any other hotel I've stayed at, the small issues are vastly outweighed by the positives.

Nothing. Everything. This hotel is old looking with some remodeling the bathrooms are so small you can't turn around. I think it is a disgrace that you would consider rating this hotel as a 3.5 star. I know this area very well and there are a lot of 3.5 star hotels in this area this one is not. I'm very disappointed in this whole experience.

This hotel is beautiful!! It has been completely remodeled and did an excellent job. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. The shuttle service was timely and accomodating. The Bistro had very good food and the service was superb as well. I travel on business a lot and would certainly suggest this hotel to any one traveling in the Metro area. The beds far exceed any bed I have ever slept in, not to mention that I have since purchased on for my home of the same brand because of my experience. The front desk staff was one of the friendliest I have encountered. They made me feel welcome from the time I stepped foot into the building to the time I left. I have stayed at a similar type hotel for more money but the service of this hotel surpasses the high priced European hotel down the road by far!Thank you so much Le Bourget!! I will be back!

Prior experience was excellent. Very disappointed this stay. Room air was really stinky and dead. Keys didn't work and with an arm full of stuff had to run downstairs. VERY SLOW ELEVATORS. Rang the front desk to get the log-in internet key and it rang 30+ times before someone answered. Staff was excellent coming to airfreshen the room! don't think I'll stay there again...lot's of options in the twin cities area.

I stayed here one night and had a pleasant time. It was a nice break from standard chain hotels, but not fantastic. The room furnishings are very comfortable and the fancy toiletries are nice. Service was just OK. The coffee and food at the 'cafe' was very mediocre and expensive - I wouldn't eat there again. The common spaces - lobby and pool area - are comfortable, but small and were crowded when I was there. Airport shuttle was efficient and on time. I'd stay here again for it's functionality and price, but not luxury.

I was in town visiting friends, did not spend much time in the hotel. I can tell you for the price and location it was great. Only complaint I have and it's minor has to do with the pillows; they are the foam type, not the most comfortable. But then after a night out with friends, I could slept with rocks and not notice too much.

Very clean and a breath of fresh air from the chain hotels. Unique/modern decor. No hot tub. Great place, great value. Nice to use their business business center, everything was clean, fast and free in the business center. Good stuff, I'd stay there again.
