This was our first stay on the Lido, on previous visits we stayed in the centre of Venice. The staff at the hotel were excellent from the moment we arrived, they were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is just a couple of minutes from the waterbus so it was very convenient to get to anywhere in Venice. The Lido beaches are only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We really enjoyed the more relaxed atmosphere on the Lido and found the restaurants less crowded and cheaper than central Venice. We would recommend Le Boulevard if you want to do all the sightseeing in Venice combined with a more relaxed space in the evening for drinks and dinner.

The hotel is centrally located and therefore convenient. The hotel staff is the main strength of the hotel. They are warm, kind, and considerate in their ensurance that you have a comfortable stay. The full American breakfast each morning was a surprising highlight of the stay. Two suggestions would be that of having a stronger internet connection for the rooms and also a microwave.

I think the Hotel caters to people who are looking for peace amid beautiful surroundings of the Island Lido while being in Venice. It also has an amazing beach for people who like the sun and the shore. We stayed in a double room which was spacious and opened up on the main Elizabeth SM road which has one of the most wonderful range of shops and cafes

The external quietness of the rooms is OK (low traffic on Lido) , you can hear your neighbour coughing. The location of the hotel is excellent, prices for two persons in a restaurant on Lido are from 35,- to 50,- two courses and wine, which is attractive compared to down town prices.

The Le Boulevard Hotel Lido is refined and friendly. The staff are courteous, immensely helpful, and generally professional. There was street noise on Friday and Saturday evenings, but not too late, and the area surrounding the hotel has both a major street (for shops and caffes) and tranquil residences off the main street, where we walked several times during our stay. I would recommend the hotel. Let them know ahead of time if you want the 'matrimonial' bed -- two twins joined.

Our family decided to stay preferebly on Lido island, instead of crowded San Marco (or Venezia overall); so the choice of Boulevard hotel seemed the best for the price & location. In fact, the rooms were really small, but you have to consider that the ratio square meters/euro is really high in or around Venezia; that explains why we had a room so small (incl. breakfast) for 2 persons for 100 euro in August....otherwise, breakfast was good, reasonnable choice, rooms quiet, even if the hotel & its furniture looked a bit old-fashioned.We really enjoyed our stay & we wait to come back to Venezia;1 thing, I was annoyed by the fact that I phoned 2 times to reserve a place for my car in their private parking lot( a month & 1 week before our coming) and I was told that it was not possible to park there; so I had to park at the other side of the island , Adriatic side, 1/2 mile from the hotel;finally, I advise people visiting Venezia, to buy "the venice blue card" on the Web, very, very convenient...... a Breton man

The hotel has a pleasant location, in the middle of the Lido, and is easily achievable by steambot (even by night!) Room was not too large, but comfortable and quiet, while bathroom appeared fairly "old-fashioned" and inconvenient. Reception and breakfast are quite satisfaying. Finally the price/quality ratio seems very suitable, regarding the location of the hotel

Hotel was excellent, and location was good, 2 minutes from the Vaporetti station serving the main island of Venice, and other islands in the lagoon. St Marks Square was approx. 15 minutes away, although the main bus terminal took 45 minutes-1hour. Boats run regularly all night throughout the year, and are very reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and well equipped, staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good.

Albergo molto ma molto bello in una posizione centrale, ottimi servizi, ottimo prezzo. Purtroppo la stanza era piccolissima. Very very nice hotel, very good position, good services, good price. The only one thing was the size of the room... too little!

Hotel location on Lido is excellent for visiting Venice. Triple room was a good size. Venice can be difficult when you have your full luggage quote of 20 kg each due to the many boats required and also when the Hotel reception gives you wrong information on which boat stop to get of at for our RCCL cruise. 3 day venice boat card was useful. I hope to return to the Le Boulevard Hotel Lido same time next year.

The Lido is really a great place for a stay in Venice. The vaporetto boat shuttle service to all the islands is really good. Prices are okay. We enjoyed staying at the Hotel Le Boulevard. Even the "smaller" rooms were okay from a space perspective. We went to the Lido by ferry boat, what we would recommend. Via e-mail we made the arrangement with the hotel that the parking at the hotel parking lot was included in the price.
