We just came back from our trip to Cancun, I have no words to describe how amazing and breath taking Le Blanc hotel is. Service succeed my expectations, everybody was extremely nice, courteous, helpful and they made sure our vacation was perfect. Thank you to all the staff who assisted us while we stayed there. Food is amazing, pools were beautiful, drinks were delicious, exciting fire show, and what to say about their spa! Absolutely gorgeous! I had 3 massages! So you can imagine how good it is! I absolutely recommend this place if you want to be pampered, treated like royalty and relax in a beautiful-like heaven-place!

We have stayed in Cancun numerous times and lodging at the best rated hotels, finding Le Blanc our favorite. We have never stayed at the same hotel twice until this year, booking twice in 2008 for over week stays each time. We found this stay improved from our first stay. Le Blanc is always improving itself. If you want first class service in a beautiful and clean hotel then book your stay with confidence. You will have a friendly staff that always have a warm smile with them greeting by your name. The location is perfect within Cancun, close to shopping and nightlife. We never left the property until the 6th day. There is no need to leave with the pools, ocean, fantastic restaurants, and activities if you chose to participate. We enjoyed exercising in their first rate gym everyday, followed by relaxing at the pool, and later to some top notch drinks. The people chose to stay at Le Blanc are usually just like yourself, so you may meet people that will your friends for years to come. In review, Le Blanc is the best we have experienced in Cancun.

My wife and I were very impressed with this resort. We felt as if we were treated as royalty. Staff is very accommodating and everyone is pleasant. The appearance of everything was great, we have probably somewhere around 200 great photographs that we took utilizing the beauty of the resort (great lighting at night!). Great location, maybe 30min from the airport, indoor and outdoor mall withing walking distance (long walk...maybe 30min), the Coral Negro flea market was about a 5min walk away. Wal Mart and Market 28 (large flea market) was a quick 10min bus ride away. The wait staff there is great, they remembered us from day to day, and even learned our names and our dining preferences. They are very friendly and eager to converse with you, but not intrusive if you prefer the privacy. The hotel had an Oriental, Italian, International and a Terrace restaurant. We only had one meal at the Terrace restaurant, but we frequented the others all the time. They have a great breakfast buffet where you could gorge on omelets made to order, hashbrowns, french toast, pancakes, breads, fresh juices. The lunches were OK, nothing great, but kept us satisfied. The dinners seemed to be hit or miss. We only had great meals at the Italian and Oriental restaurants, the International always seemed bland and we never tried the Terrace for dinner. We're not big drinkers but the alcohol and wine service was great and plentiful. Nothing seemed watered down and they were always eager to pour you another glass. Pool and beach area were awesome. We stayed in a honeymoon suite with a GREAT ocean view. So much more to say but not enough room in this review. We'll definitely be back!

Le Blanc is fabulous. Le Blanc is a Palace Resort and is all inclusive. It is better than any none all inclusive resorts I have been to. If you are looking to travel to Cancun, you must stay here. Great customer service, 3 pools, and the best beaches with clear blue water. The Jungle Tour and Isla Mujeras tours are included for free if you stay at this hotel....!!! Definitely go over to Isla Mujeras and rent a golf cart. Go check out the island and go to Jax and eat. It is extremely americanized food and wonderful. Head over to North Beach and watch the yachts come in and anchor out on the sand bar. You will have a blast!!!

This was the most wonderful trip I have ever had! My husband and I stayed for 7 days and there was nothing we asked for that we didn't get. The spa was incredible and the food was great! Will never stay at another resort in Cancun when my husband and I are traveling alone!

Having done quite a bit of traveling I was a bit skeptical that this hotel would be as great as all the rave reviews that I had read. Boy was I wrong! From the second you enter the hotel, the staff does a fantastic job of making you feel relaxed and well taken care of. The spa was the the most tranquil and enjoyable spa atmosphere that I have ever experienced. I felt like a queen the second I walked in and started the hydrotherapy treatment and massage. We had an ocean-front honeymoon suite with fantastic views and an in room jacuzzi tub. Our butler made sure that we had aromatherapy and our choice of pillows from the luxury menu. We ate at all the restaurants and had a very hard time picking which one was our favorite. From great looking cuts of beef to the freshest sushi, they had anything that you wanted. The infiniti pool was where we hung out most of the time and were served great top shelf drinks that were not watered down. The beach was clean and beautiful and we made sure to take some time each day to go for a walk or lay under the umbrella and take it all in. There was a couple getting married on the beach our first night there and the ceremony looked absolutely gorgeous! Our overall impression was excellent and we definitely will be returning and highly recommend it to anyone considering staying here. In my opinion it was well worth every penny.

After 30 years of corporate traveling, it is difficult to be impressed. My six nights at the Le Blanc was the best ever stay of any hotel in the world. The service, the food, the facilities were extraordinaire. The minimalist style, although not for everyone, is the best feature. The quality of the bedsheets and towels are as good as the Ritz. The alcohol os the best quality. And the service of every employee outstanding.

We were looking for an adults only getaway to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We were sceptical to go with an all inclusive, but after reading several reviews we decided to take a chance. The spa was unbeleivable! Excellent workout facility. The service was overwhelming! Food, surpassed our expectations, especially Italian and French. The nightlife was a little slow in the resort, probably because we were there post swine flu, but we met friendly people and had fun anyway. The bartender kept us entertained. I was impressed with the consistant friendly service everywhere you went. Cold frangrant cloths served at the pool, wait staff remembering our names, butler service at the end of the hall, and more. If one bar didn't have a particular thing, they didn't say no, instead they called to another and had it brought immediately. No request was ever refused. The restaurants all asked if the tempurature was to my liking and hung my handbag on a stand next to my chair. The view from every pool was amazing as you listen to gentle soothing music. This was the perfect vacation to get away from our stressful busy lives...it worked wonders and we can't wait to go back!

Over booked, not helpful, all rooms they claim are deluxe just the same as Clintons definition. They are not, Ocean view means unobstructed view of the Ocean, not to these people. Overly agresive time share selling...avoid the place, there are many more nice places.Met people who were in other Hotels they owned and they had the same problems...Overbooking.

My husband and I got food poisoning on this resort. I was intially sick then my husband, needless to say our trip was ruined. 4 other individuals were sick with the same symptoms and the resort was only 10% occupied. Public relations manger made us feel we were making this up even though she was well aware by her staff in the beginning of our trip that I had been sick. In addition,we had to call twice for maintenance to repair toilet and faucet. We definatly did not recieve our money"s worth. On a positive note the spa is spectacular, its absolutely worth going. LeBlanc international and Italian were both good. I can't speak for the other restaurants because I was too sick to eat. The last 2 days of our trip I found that housekeeping was slacking. I"ve stayed at excellence resorts and paid much less, and the service and food were both impressive. I would not go back to this hotel!

Outstanding experience. From the moment we stepped off the shuttle bus (iced lavender towels), to the beautiful concierge check-in area (chilled coconut milk), to the bellmen and Floor Butler (Please prepare our private jacuzzi for 6PM... Oh!, and can you give us two of the lavender scented pilliows from the pillow menu?) to the excellent choices in dining, awesome spa (best sports massage I've EVER had), to the yoga instructors (floating cabana on the lagoon side)..... I could go on about the quality bedding, cleanliness, waiters and waitresses by the pool.... An awesome experience!! I will be back.

"Midway through our stay, a Kosher-family group took over the hotel. Le Blanc welcomed the hundreds of kids, locked up the liquor, and changed all food to Passover-Kosher. Did not compensate us fairly, lied and cheated us. Never recommend them. Full review on Trip Advisor."

This is what dream vacations are made of. We had the time of our lives. Everything was absolutely perfect. We want to move there!!! Le Blanc makes you forget about all the "unperfect" things in live and transports you to a world of peace, beauty, rest and relaxation. Loved it!

"If you are use to being spoiled and like VERY gorumet food, this is the place for you. We are a young married couple , getting away from our kids, looking for fun. This is not the place for that. Its very ritzy, dress up for all dinners, opera and piano ent. Not for us. However, the hotel itself is beautiful and very upperclass. Service is outstanding and rooms are wonderful. Would come back if I was a elder and has lots of money. Haha. Good luck."

My husband and I were considered honeymooners since our wedding was within a year. The amazing room had 2 views of the ocean. The jacuzzi in the bathroom area overlooked the ocean. We were able to pick the aromatherapy of our room. The delicous gourmet food was displayed like art-work. The pools always had lounge chairs available. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. It is like a spa experience from check-in to check-out. The tranquil ambiance is perfect for couples. It is pricey, but you get your value's worth; especialy if you plan on eating and drinking....a lot.

Le Blanc is the best hotel I've ever visited. From the moment you get to the hotel you are greeted by the nicest bell boy, with a cold scented towel. The lobby is so beautiful and it smells incredible. The scent in the lobby is everywhere in the hotel. (You can buy the scent at the shop, which I did). The rooms are nicer in person. They are roomy and extremely clean. The bathroom was amazing with a double head shower with 4 side jets! Not to mention the huge jacuzzi in the room! Our butler gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We started our dining experience at BlancOrient and we ended up coming back twice during our 5 night stay. The selection was amazing, ranging from Japanese, Chinese and Thai cuisine. Blancitalia was amazing with their 7 course menu. The menu at BlancIntl was very interesting at night. There's a Mexican selection and a French and you can mix and match. The breakfasts and lunch at BlancIntl are a buffet but the food is very good and delicious. The fact that all the restaurants do not require a reservation made our days alot more flexible and less stressful. The spa was to die for. Very soothing, clean and the staff was most helpful. Needless to say, our overall experience was beyond amazing and we can't wait to go again.

I am a doctor and I have traveled to many places and stayed at the best hotels. Le Blanc by far has been the best hotel/resort I have ever stayed at. The service at this place is incredible. The included restaurants are five star and I can go on and on. Great place to go with your wife/girlfriend or both. Best hotel in Cancun.
