What are your breakfast options?: The B&B room “The Red Room” includes breakfast in the tariff. All other cottages have full cooking facilities. We provide a loaf of homemade bread when our guests arrive and usually supply some fresh eggs from our own hens.
What transport is available to get around?: There is no public transport available. Our nearest town is the Town of York. Lavendale Farm is about 10 minutes' drive from York and York is about 1-1/2 hours' drive from the centre of Perth.
What can I do nearby?: We are a farm stay. We have river walks, patting the animals and helping with feeding; we have an activity room with table tennis, soccer and a drawing board; in winter we have a camp fire depending on the weather. Half way from the property are historical towns of York and Beverley and all their attractions.
Do you have internet?: We have no internet.
Do you provide parking?: Each cottage has its own carport, and there is a carport available for our B&B guests as well.
