The room was dirty, small and tired. Do not stay there.

"We had a good time staying here, because of all of the local avtivities available. The place just needs some cosmetic work. The condo was small and outdated. It didn't bother us, but it might bother pickier travelers."

We had been working and traveling, so arranged for two days at the condo in Gatlinburg to begin to unwind and relax together...had a wonderful time, and the condo was super.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Carpets were filthy and the room smelled musty. There was virtually no view. Kitchen was no better than a regular hotel room. Claims to be two blocks from downtown Gattlinburg -- was actually about a half mile walk -- which is a real problem since parking is very expensive in downtown Gattlinburg. Online Travel Website needs to take this place off their list of hotels.

Nice location. off of the main strip, away from the noise, traffic. beautiful view out the back of the hotel onto the mountains. very nice accomodations, and close enough to the main street of Gatlinberg to get to restaurants, bars, etc.

We stayed in room 601. The room was nice and neat and everything was fine until we tried to sleep. The AC unit was so loud it kept everyone up and the master bathroom tub made such a loud noise with you used the shower. Make sure you bring food with you. There are no snack machines, only pop machines. Staff was friendly and we were pretty much the only people staying at that time.

Short walk to downtown, beautiful view, parking, very quiet although we were there early in the season.

"This place REALLY needs some upgrades. The bed was like a rock and the paint was peeling. We had an ant problem also. The management was very nice, but it wasn't enough to make me ever return."

Very pleasant place, small very clean kitchen area, just what I need. It's small spaces, but efficient. The place looks a little tired, and worn, but for the money the only thing that really needs to be improved are the mattresses- we had aching backs.

"We were very happy with our choice of the Laurel Inn. We got a 1 bedroom condo with gas fireplace and balcony that had a nice view of gatlinburg. And we were only a healthy two block walk from the middle of the Gatlinberg drag and all the restaurants and activities. X, who worked the desk was great and very helpful. We had the linens and kitchen tools we needed to be comfortable for our 6 day stay. I highly recommend this place over a regular hotel room. We were not disappointed at all and don't hesitate to recommend this Inn."

This was our first trip to Gatlinburg, and it was a blast! Even if it wasn't a holiday weekend it would have been wonderful! The condo was great, fantastic location-with an awesome view. It was cozy and patron friendly, as were the staff. Only complaint is that the road with which this place is located, wasn't on any of the 3 maps we had...so it took a little navigating. We reccommend having breakfast at the Log Cabin Pancake Place. Yummy Pecan pancakes (or Butterscotch) with fresh fruit! Next trip we will def. stay here!

I attended classes at the local art school and so appreciated the small kitchen and really BIG spa. However, I did not spend much time in the room. Setting is very nice. Some minor irritants. The office is only open during business hours. Room had an antiquated windup alarm clock and wakeup phone service only worked 3 of the six days.

"Really, everything was great about the trip! Customer service was excellent; not once did either of us have to complain about the CS, so we were able to fully enjoy ourselves. Though the jacuzzi seemed to be the highlight of our condo(and it was), the hot-water ran just enough to fill the tub halfway full-blast. However, the tucked-away location, uncompromised customer service, and the size and the commodities of the room for the price outruns a minor water inconvenience. We would definitely go back again and stay in the same place. "

Room was decent. It was clean. Staff was only moderately friendly. Hot tub only worked about half the time though. Would probably stay there again.

Very pleased with my stay. Nice room, with great view of the mountains and had a jacuzzi and fireplace. Good spot for multiple day stay. Not an easy walk to Gatlinburg's main street. Bring your own coffer. Can make it in the room. Lobby doesn't open till 9 am, even on a Saturday.
