The Latchis Hotel and Theatre complex is one of only a few Art Deco buildings in the state of Vermont. We are easily accessible from I-91, Route 9, and Route 5, and provide an ideal setting for vacation and corporate travel needs. The beautiful Latchis Theatre was designed in a Greek-mythology motif, and boasts three screens, including the area's only remaining big screen. The complex also houses two boutique stores and the popular Flat Street Brew Pub. Please note the following information- The front desk closes at 11PM nightly. Check-ins must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing. For after-hours arrivals, guest may contact the hotel and arrange to receive a key by FedEx. The hotel has limited parking, with additional parking available nearby for a nominal fee. The entire facility is non-smoking. The Latchis also offers student, business, conference, government, and military rates.
