This place was a dump. The Freemont Experience really was an experience. An experience that couldn't end sooner. Freemont Street and the surrounding area is full of Low Rollers, derelicts, drunks and homeless. Did not feel safe walking around alone. The hotel and the room were sickening. The bed had hair on the pillows, paint peeling off walls and furniture. It was filthy and stunk. Worse hotel I've ever stayed at. Spend the extra money and stay at the MGM, Mandalay or any other hotel in that area. Stay away from downtown Vegas. Your safety is worth it.

The Casino was the best and we really enjoyed the 1969 celebration!

Our last 3 trips to Vegas we have stayed downtown at other 3 star hotels but this has to be the worst that there is.Check in was quick.11:00pm on a sat.night.First room was 813.The carpet was stained with burn marks all over.Table and chairs had burn marks along with the dressers. What at one time was white is now yellow with age and dirt. The toliet ran all the time, the shower would not drain and hairdryer did not work. After tring to fix shower they moved us to room1605.This room was just as bad as the first except the shower did drain slowly.Toliet still ran in this room also.Hairdryer worked in this room but not the heat.No ice mashine on this floor so had to go down to 15 to get ice. They now charge $5.00 to park. Then you have to take your ticket to the cashier to get your money back. This is a real pain when your in and out doing side trips and sightseeing.I would not even give this hotel a 1 let alone a 3.

Ran out of rooms the first night and had a roll-a-way bed brought in. Whole casino had a dirty, dark look and feel to them. It was O.K. to stay there and then hop to a different casino downtown. Had a good location for where it was. Rooms had a dirty feel to them. Everything in that place could be cleaned three times over, but good for the money.

Location. The room was in dilapidated condition. It was dark, terrible view, tiny TV, few furnishings. For the price charged by the Las Vegas Club, I could have rented a much better hotel room at other small hotel/casinos in downtown Las Vegas or right off the Strip. The conditions of the hotel room rented to us, were definitely undesirable. I will never stay at the Las Vegas Club again. There are too many better and reasonably priced options in Las Vegas.

The hotel was dirty. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. The rooms were old, dirty, and the mattress needed to be replaced. This was by far the WORST place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend this hotel nor area (downtown) to anyone. It was not worth feeling concerned about leaving your belongings in the hotel room or feeling the need to hold on tight to your purse as you walk down Freemont. The rating on this casino should be lowered to -3.

Old, dirty, needs to be remodeled and cleaned. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Forced to stay first night, but then moved to another hotel immediately.

Value for money stay. Quite and peaceful compared to the Strip stay

It was near the Freemont experience on freemont street it was dingy looking, old, dreary, outdated I rate this hotel as a 1 or 2 , but for just a place to stay for a quick nights stay it might be okay maybe. I definately should have bidded less money for this dump of a hotel.

For the price it wasn't too bad. But the hotel needs to work on the South Tower and update it. The bedspreads appear to be about 40 years old and the carpet has a lot of spots on it. The room however was promptly cleaned and the service personnel were friendly. At check in they did not have my name (they had me arriving 10 days later), but they straightened it out. I would recommend this to someone who is going to be in the room to sleep only. Too bad the hotel didn't have any restaurants in it while I was there, however, the lady at the hotel gave me a voucherh for a breakfast buffet at the Plaza.

Given the cost of staying on the strip on Friday or Saturday night, I thought I would try spending the night in downtown Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Club is located on Fremont Street and is an old hotel. They have a convenient parking garage on the property and is free to guests. The hotel smells on smoke and the carpet in the lobby needs to be replaced. The lobby area is also kind of dark. However the rooms are like an typical Holiday Inn, a clean room with two beds and a bath. The TV was only about 19 inches in size so it is smaller then most hotel rooms but who watchs TV in Vegas? If you want 4 star fancy don;t stay here. If you want a good value on a weekend, this is a good choice for th weekend. Basically, how much time are you going to stay in your room besides sleeping on a weekend in Vegas?

It was just OK. A cheap hotel thats far from the strip. But there goes a bus every 15 minutes, 24/7.

Location! Facilities were dated, cleanliness was spotty, some amenities were not operational (i.e.: ice machines). A great choice choice for the budget minded traveler interested in the downtown las Vegas Fremont street experience.

Was not as friendly nor the service as good as prior visits but then found that to be true in stores & restaurants & breezing through other hotels. Seems as though the stress & cutbacks of the current economy is getting to everyone. Hotel clean and cafe has good food & would stay there again as is a good overall value for the price.

Dated and in need of better cleaning staff. Left empty glass near elevator and wasn't taken for 2 days. The location is excellent as are the gaming aspects. Have stayed downtown in 3 different hotels and this one ranked in last place.

I was very disappointed with the Las Vegas Club Hotel. The rooms were dirty, stains and cigarette burns in the carpet. Tiles missing from the bathroom. Weird Smells. I would never stay here again and can't believe that Orbitz offers this hotel as one of their package deals. All the surrounding hotels were much nicer. Next time I will probably stay at the Golden Nugget or even the Plaza.

Nice restaurant. Dirty carpet, outdated furnishings. Our room was terrible, we will not stay there again, dirty carpet in room.

The room was big, but the AC/heater either ran really hot or really cold. The toliet and tub didn't drain well. We didn't spend much time in there anyway, so it wasn't too bad.

This is a place to go for a nice bed and shower. It is a step above the average Red Roof Inn. There is a resturant and casino. There is no pool or fitness center. It is not for a winning and dinning get away. But it was nice for stress reduction. The free parking was a pleasent surprise.
