I found this facility very warm and welcoming. The lobbt area felt more like my living room rather than a hotel lobby. It was very clean and comfortable. The room itself was very spacious and welcoming. I was epecially impressed with the linins..feather bed topper and down comforter fabulous! There was even a very nice throw provided for warmth as I sat in the living area. Extremely comfortable and spacious. The staff wee professional and friendly and quick to resolve any need that arose. I highly recommend the Lake Spur Landing in Sacramento California!

The front desk was fantastic. Check in was a breeze. The rooms are simply marvelous. There was no detail not covered by the hotel. The kitchenette provided a touch of home that would be appreciated by a week long customer and the work space was quite comfortable.

This was a great place to stay. I had to go there for business reasons. The staff was excellent. The only thing to complain about is that the water bottles in the room are not free. They need to post something, so the client will not find a surprise at check out. Fortunatly for me the staff came through and waived it. The place is clean and the cookies are always on the ready.

The Larkspur Landing in Sacramento was warm and comfortable. PROS: The hotel caters to the long term business traveler with kitchenettes in the rooms, a coin-op laundry-mat on site, and grocery shopping services. The staff was pleasant and professional. We were checked in and in our room in no time. The complimentary continental breakfast was more extensive than we expected. CONS: Our refridgerator was loud, between the gurgling refrigerator and the air conditioner, it was hard to sleep the first night we were there. (We had adjusted by the second) Would we stay there again? Yes

Convenient location with restaurants in the same parking lot. Small room, Star buck Coffee only , feather pillows only. Conveniently located, nice landscape, restaurants in same parking lot, quiet with a no party policy.

I appreciated the decor of the front entrance. It was very well done and gave me that homey feeling. Staff was not as competent or helpful as they should have been. I asked for an early wake up call and did not get it, making me late for my flight.

Great beds! Rooms are kind of small in comparison to others of this class. Great comfortable clean luxurious hotel!! Highly recommend if for nothing else the extraordinary beds!

Friendly staff and decor. Breakfast area was small - only one table. Nice rooms and decor, friendly staff. Breakfast area was small - easier to take it back to your room. Would stay there again.

Friendly staff, clean and every detail of stay is thought out. Nothing. I walked into the hotel to a lobby with a large fresh bowl of fruit awaiting me. I was checked in a very sweet, helpful young lady and walked towards my room. I opened the door to my room and see a nice, clean and welcoming room. The kitchenettes are well thought out with every comfort of home. We were very happy to have a DVD player with a decent selection of movies to choose from for free from the front desk. The pillow we ordered from the selection of 6 were delivered quickly and in such a friendly manner. Breakfast was unusually good with a large selection of cereals, toasts, oatmeal's and fruit. Great place!!

Comfortable, clean, and quiet. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet. Within a short driving distance (under 5 minutes) of many popular chain restaurants. Most of the hotel staff was very friendly, but there were a couple of bad eggs.

Clean, great kitchen andgreat services. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm homey feel of the lobby. The breakfast was great. The room had a fully equipped kitchen. We were able to rent movies and watch them. They had internet access by the lobby. Great place!

Beautiful lobby, free internet, spacious room, kitchenette workstation, Original bid room came with 1 queen bed This was an excellent hotel. The lobby was beautiful. Had to upgrade for $20 for 2 beds, but got a suite with king bed in one room, other room had queen bed with kitchenette, workspace with chair, and DVD player. There was even a bag of popcorn, granola bar, bottle of water and Starbucks coffee in the kitchenette. The beds were AWESOME! Bath and Body soaps and shampoos in bathroom--plenty of counter space. The breakfast was pretty scarce, but Starbucks coffee in lobby 24/7. There is a Mel's Diner in the parking lot. Free internet at business area, too. I would recommend this hotel again.

The entire hotel is non-smoking. They had free snacks, great breakfast, free computer with internet access in lobby. Nothing. This hotel is nicely decorated with modern furniture, very nice bedding, small kitchen stocked with a few free snacks, and with a DVD player in each room. There are two computers in the front lobby with free internet. There was a very nice breakfast in the morning and Starbucks coffee.

The proximity to the venue I was visiting and to shopping/restaurants. The "Grab & Go" breakfast was not the best. Bagels were hard. The hotel is in the middle of renovating some things but the room was great. I LOVED the feather topper on the bed and the feather pillows. I also loved the Bath and Body Works products. Nice touches. Would definitely love to stay there again, especially once they get it all done.
