Nice and warm hotel

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were huge and well fitted out. The staff gave great service and the concierges were wonderful. My aunt left some shopping behind in a cafe all she could remember was that it was a "French cafe" the concierges tracked down the cafe and went and picked up her items. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has the luxury of its class. Rooms are creative and very comfortable to stay. Well recommended to anyone who are looking for neat, tidy, modern like hotels.

Home away from home with gracious staff. Excellent continental breakfast and comfortable lounge areas. Very central in the middle of shopping action and minutes from the subway.

A great boutique hotel for those not wanting to be amongst the masses of hotel guests. Very convenient location and good room size.

The service at this hotel was superb and the room was beautifully laid out and decorated. It was wonderful to stay at a chic hotel that didn't think that everything had to be dim and dark to be 'hip'.

The hotel is great, centrally located, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of having a short stay in HK Island. My only complaint would be the duvet used in the king bed-room, as the duvet is odd-ly sized, not big enough to cover 2 persons and is too small for a king bed... this of course affects the sleep comfort and is rather important.

Excellent stay, we were upgraded to a bigger room with an excellent view over Causeway Bay. Good service and big breakfast.
