Ienjoyed tha spa facilities. Air conditioning in my room was not working; rooms are too small and overall the hotel is very expensive.

Langham Place is situated in a fantastic position with direct access from hotel lobby via walkway into shopping mall, and 2 mins to underground train link, I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were attentive and extremely polite and would go out of there way to help, the rooms were very nice, well eqipped, and comfortable, we found the beds and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, lots of choice in nice surroundings, We can only highly recommend this hotel and would stay again without doubt. Book with confidence.

The bathroom and the view. The smell of the room. Very good value for money, its location next to the underground makes it very practical. Its a very pleasant and efficient hotel in Kowloon.

The pool, the hotel beauty andthe staff. The location. We loved the hotel, especially the swimming pool and amenities. We loved the staff as well as the beauty of the hotel. While my husband loved the hotel, he did not like the location and would prefer to go to another spot. I would go back.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location (MTR across road, and easy walk to markets). I chose to upgrade to Club lounge an found the experience most rewarding especially if you spend a lot of time doing business at the hotel as the Lounge is open 24 hrs. Unlike other business lounges the refreshments and food are available all of the time. The main staff working there are most helpful, with check in and out available in the lounge. One fault with the service was the slowness in replenishing stock of wine, etc. From a business perspective I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Langham Place hotel is very convenient hotel as there is subway station just across the road which will get you anywhere within a short period of time. It is not as centrally located as some hotles but because of the subway this is not a problem. The plus side of this is that the rooms are much bigger than those usually found in HK. There is a large shopping centre connected to the hotel with ample shops and food courts with cuisine of every description. The hotel's own Chinese restaurant serves excellent dim sum. the only complaint I would have is that they wanted to charge us double to use 2 separate computers from our room - and it wasn't as if we could use both of them at the same time as there was only one port. I think it's time all hotels offered free internet anyway - would attract more custom in these bad economic times.

Great room in a developing area of Kowloon. There is nothing not to like. From the underwater music in the pool to being able to sit in the tub and watch a plasma TV, this hotel is one of the best. It is connected to a new mall in a newly developing area of Kowloon. Beautiful!

Fabulous hotel in great location. Located next door to shopping mall and short walk to MRT. Rooms are modern, clean with good in-room facilities. I've stayed here 3 times now and it has never disappointed.

Convenient location; the heart of the area, Mongkok. Restroom design. They provide a poor set menu with expensive cost and the service will demand on how much you will spend.

A great hotel. Not quite in the tourist heartland but MRT on the doorstep. Taxis in abundance. Attached to very modern shopping mall. Venture outside and your unded by busy and easy to walk round shopping and eating area used by the locals. I will definitely use this hotel again

Tiny room, the most uncomfartable bed. Tiny room and bathroom, room always humid even with AC always on. Quite far from main tourist area.

Everything is good, and the staff are very nice. Except I am an experience with an unfriendly staff at the internet centre who is very impolite and told me off for everyon can only use the computer for less than 20 minutes if someone is waiting. I haven't been using for that long, and I aware of that regulation but she just assume that I will not listen to it. It made me very upset, for there are other people who has been there using it longer than I do. That is bad compare to other nice and excellent service.
