This was the highlight of our entire Southwest experience - the house was spotlessly clean, the breakfasts were of gourmet quality - we had to take pictures of the breakfasts before we ate - excellent presentation, the beds were perfect, no backaches for our hiking trips, the views from the bed and breakfast could not even be put into words, and best of all the hosts made us feel so much at home we hated to even leave - we will be back again and again.

Great stay. The room was nice but not exceptional for the money.

We stayed at this hotel during our grand tour of the "southwest". The hotel is low rise and set out into several seperate blocks. It is clean and the grounds are very well maintained. Limited variety of food and sometimes rather pushy waitress service. Pool can become rather crowded especially when a coach tour arrives but the view more than makes up for this minor setback. Please note this hotel is located in a National Park, therefore, you will require a pass to gain entry. (Fortunately, we had already purchased an Annual pass as we intended to visit severl parks on our holiday). Ideal for families with young//teenage children. Overall an enjoyable three night break in our somewhat hetic tour.

We were a little surprised by the park charge that increased our night stay by 15. The location was beautiful. However, our room faced the parking lot. We could only see a peek of the water. The cost/value ratio is what brings my traveler score to a three. The linens/decorations were outdated but clean. The bathtub had non-skid strips that were peeling up & appeared soiled. It was nice to have a large sliding glass door w/balcony. The coffee pot was visibly soiled. Good points: pet friendly (for an extra 20), Neutrogena products in the room; Bad point: no continental breakfast

The Lake Powell Resort is right on the water. The room was large with a seperate vanity area in the bathroom and large mirrors. The location is great to be on the water and away from the bustle of Page. Dining options are plentiful on-site and within a short drive to Page.

Had a wonderful stay! We stayed in their newly renovated Lakeview Room which was clean, and well-appointed. Despite the reviews, you need to book a Lakeview Deluxe Room. Service was friendly and helpful. We rented a houseboat and stayed at the hotel the night before. We will definitely come back again next year!

This hotel is situated on the shores of Lake Powell, making it a great spot for taking boat tours on the lake. We ate at both restaurants and the food was quite good at both. Ask for a lakeview room.

We both enjoyed our trip very much. The room was spacious enough, the bed was much more comfortable than many other hotels I've stayed in, and I, personally enjoyed the food very much! They offered a breakfast buffett if you want or order from the menu and dinner was always good. We rented a 21' Baja Ski Boat and weren't too impressed but are spoiled by our own boat. This trip was, by the most part, to see if it was worth bringing our own boat back, and we both can't wait to go back again with our boat, and stay at the resort or rent a houseboat!

Rooms are a little run down, floor carpeting needs cleaning. Bath rooms are old.Beds were ok.Dining and food at the hotel restaurant was verry good. The staff at check in was great.

The check in clerk was not friendly or welcoming at all. The dining options were poor and the employees didn't seem to care. The marina is not actually at the hotel. You must drive to get there. The rooms need to be updated. Not many lodging options at Lake Powell, so we only stayed one night instead of three and headed to Zion National Park in Utah. Loved the views, would not stay there again.

We were a little disappointed with Lake Powell Resort. You basically have 3 options for dining and some of the day only 2 options. Also, look at your receipts. More than once, I had a Misc charge. The waitress couldn't tell me what that was for. The rooms are clean and the views are beautiful. Plan on renting a boat for a day to do your own exploring. It will be well worth it. I also recommend the hummer tour that is in Page.

Lake Powell Resort is located on the shores of Lake Powell and in the Glen Canyon National Park which makes for a great setting. We had a lake view room that was spacious and clean. There was a small fridge in the room and a deck outside for relaxing and watching the activity on the lake. Very nice. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the location, grounds and surrounding area of the hotel and the hotel itself however we were not impressed at all with the food at the Drifwood lounge. We heard that the Rainbow room had good food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at Lake Powell Resort. Very comfortable standard room with a few glimpses of the lake. Very much enjoyed the lounge for cocktails and dinner. Glad we didn't take the breakfast buffet, though; outraqeous price for the same old rubber eggs and cold meats.

A good place to stay before or after a boat trip on Lake Powell. Plenty of parking for trailers and easy access to rooms. Dining room has great view of the lake and the food was good.
