Location is pretty good and the rooms are fine. Staff were helpful and nice. I enjoyed the hot tub but the pool was drained when I arrived (too cold to swim anyways) so I can't comment on that. It's an older motel but overall for the price (64 with tax) it was a good deal.

The staff went above and beyond to assure my stay was enjoyable. The owner visited to see that I was satisfied and my room was up to my standards. My mext trip to Estes Park will include a repeat stay at Lake Estes Inn and Suites.

Hotel was all on one level, room was clean, staff was nice. You get what you pay for, nothing fancy, but met our needs. Mini fridge was nice, room was spacious, continental breakfast was to be expected: cereal, toast, pastries, fruit, coffee and juice. Pool and spa were ok, we didn't really use them. Bed was comfy and clean, was very quiet too.

It has no air condition. Ceiling fan run but generate no cool air. Extra table fan make so much noise like an small airplane. They are cheap cheap on breakfast food. Ignore customer request. Look out, they over charge the room with LEIS EPIC FUND and they call it tax.

The Lake Estes Inn and Suites was pretty much what I expected. It was a place to sleep. It was quiet and in a good location. The pool was great for the kids and in a good location but the deck area was really broken up and hard to walk on. The beds were fine for a couple of nights. Over all the room was fine and the location was great. I would stay there again.

Older motel but seems to have been well maintained. The desk area could stand to open earlier. We had no problems at all.

I was very dissatisfied with the hotel. The refrigerator made lot of noice and they could not do anything about it. Waited for couple of hours for maintenance people to come, but they never came. Bed was uncomfortable. Office staff was not attentive to customer needs. Had to wait around 30 minutes at the front desk to get checked in (because the staff member was on the phone taking several reservations instead of helping the customer already there). In a nut shell, it was not worth it. The hotel management does not seem to care about customers (with respect to refrigerator noice).

This is an outdated but economical motel that has reasonably clean rooms. If you want a cheap room and are in Estes Park to be in the mountains, this is the place for you. If you plan to spend much time in your room, you may want to look elsewhere.

Large spacious room and pleasant surroundings. But room cleanliness and overall condition can be better. Overall so-so experience.

I stayed at room 301. It was the best. The window faced Lake Estes with the Rocky mountain as the backdrop. Had a fridge, hair dryer, Cable Tv, Safe, Plenty of cupboards, iron table, hot water tub, swimming pool, free breakfast. Room did not have A/C but in the night it was not needed. Location: Close to visitor center, resturants, horse rides and Entertainment areas.

This hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms. We got there late and the office was closed and we had to go next door to the sister property (you had to drive there) to check in. When we finally got to our room it was very run down with an ancient television. The only good thing I can say about it is the room was large. We ended up leaving and staying someplace else.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The room was extremely small for a two queen room. Bathroom was so tiny, I was running into my three year old! There was a dead fly on the floor when we got there...and I was worried what else my crawling baby would encounter! And the restaurant, The Grumpy Gringo, was high priced for mediocre mexican food! I would not recommend either place...and I never intend to stay at this place again! STAY AWAY....!!!!

This was an older motel but will kept up. We only stay in our room at night and are out days. They did not have dineing options at this motel. They did have a pool and hot tub. It was a good room for my wife and I. It was large and roomey at a very good price.

Estes Park is a very low key winter city. In fact it was hard to find a hotel open during February. The Hotel is more of a motel and you park just outside of your room. It was very clean and spacious with sofa and table, 2 chairs and a table. There are two windows in each room. I have a view of the mountains outside my front room window. The bathroom has a separate vanity area. It snowed 2-5 inches and was so beautiful!

The room was very, very clean and spacious --I was very relaxed. Overall, this is one of the BEST motels I have ever stayed in ...quaint and cozy. I will stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends.

The room was very pleasant, clean, and welcoming. The value was extraordinary with the amenities and service offered for such a minimal price. I liked the setup of the room and how kind the staff was. There are a few areas that I would have like to seen improved, such as a heated pool opened year round. However for the money that we spent I could not ask for more.
