Lost my reservation twice and then charged me more for the stay. The staff does not care about anything and the "hideout" owner could use some better help. Reservation manager Terri Thate just plain rude! Too some it up- Expensive; rude & uncaring staff; deteriorating property. Save your money and stay in Marfa!
