We've visited Laguna Beach several times a year for over 20 years. We were shopping for a better value in our hotel and we found it. Our room was spacious and well appointed. No charge for plentiful covered parking. Free city buses made commuting to the Pageant of the Masters a breeze. We'll be back.

Renovation was dated. The overall service level was poor. Never received a complete set of towels for two persons and other items in the room were not resupplied (e.g. tissue paper, coffee, soap, etc...) For the price point you'll not get anything more but location in Laguna Beach. In my next travel to Laguna, I will spend the money to stay at a better hotel. If you're looking for just a place to sleep then this is adequate.

Very close to the beach. Older hotel, some dated furnishings. Friendly staff. Rooms and bath and vanity a bit dated but functional and clean.

Friendly staff, great location, lovely rooms. Lovely location, blocks away from incredible scenery, dining and conveniences. Clean, newly renovated rooms. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub.

A good hotel within a great location. We had a corner room with a partial view of the ocean and pool. The room was nice, recently remodeled and the welcome basket with goodies was a nice touch. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you don't need one since there are many restaurants a short walk away. The walls are thin and we could hear the room above us each morning which was annoying. Besides that a nice stay! Even though we're from Orange County this was the 1st time vacationing in Laguna Beach.

Gorgeous room, friendly staff, convenient and clean parking area. The hotel was a great find. From the courteous and helpful staff to the fantastic room, there was not a thing to complain about. I'll definitely stay again if I'm in the Laguna Area.

Provided a free basket of snacks and water. It was what I thought it would be. Nice, clean and not too expensive. A bit further up the road than I wanted but the walk was good for us. It was clean, people were pleasant and friendly. And again, I've never been to a place that gave a basket of free snacks, soda, water, and fruit. Nothing too fancy but the fact it was free was really a nice treat.

Location to downtown. Pool very small and no ocean view. Very clean nice hotel the balcony view looked out on a parking lot you couldn't even see the ocean.

The room was beautiful and it was walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The "partial" ocean view was very partial - in between two houses with some trees blocking the view. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but the rooms are redecorated and classy. We had a great time just hanging out, walking to dinner, breakfast and the beach - everything is really close. I would definitely stay here again.
